Fort Collins Inn — Hotel in Fort Collins

It's a hotel but it seems like it's more of a "home" for most. There was a small child there who played with my children (which is fine) but this boy was constantly left at the hotel with no parent or way to get inside his room. When the small child came to play with my children he was running upstairs and my family and I were scolded by a front desk work for his behavior (this isn't our child. We can't control him) It got to the point where i was basically babysitting this child and had no choice but to do so. Which made my stay uncomfortable because it got to the point where I didn't want to go outside to come in contact with said child. Most hypocritical business I have ever walked into!! 1.) I paid $60.88 online before arrival - “My home is currently being remodeled” The day was absolutely beautiful so I decided to ride my Trek to check inn. Front desk with no hesitation rudely refused my services for simply riding my bike…WHAT!? I could not believe how easily this place treated and talked down to not only a customer but a residence of Fort Collins! Not not only did they disrespect me as a whole but they refunded me back only $47.88?? And argued with me about the amount….!? I have the booking receipt! And they so “kindly” wrote on the refund receipt (looks like trouble due to I rode a bike) This place is Trash. I hope no one gets be-littled the way they so...

This place is a complete nightmare. First of all the Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all not even for basic browsing. Then there’s the smell the entire room reeks of cigarettes even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. Disgusting, The floors were filthy like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I stepped on crumbs and who knows what else. To top it off I found hair in the bathtub not just one but several. This hotel clearly doesn’t care about cleanliness, comfort, or basic standards.
