I came into your store today in high hopes to get my phone unlocked to any carrier as ive been connected to my parents cricket account since i was old enough to get a phone and i bought my current phone in 2023 but was disconnected from my parents line last August and since then i have been trying to get it turned on but found a more affordable option just last week so i walked into the store at 5:40ish and asked the Latina lady if she could unlock it. She called cricket customer care and her boss multiple times not speaking alot of English and not trying very hard to resolve my problem, and after an hour of patience and understanding she told me I couldn't get my phone that i purchased years ago unlocked because apparently it hadn't been 6 months since i was added onto the line which is a lie and she was very unprofessional and the service was unacceptable for an hour of my time to get a simple task completed denied by an employee who had little idea what she was doing. And they had me pick out a phone fixed my account info and than said "nevermind can you just come back tomorrow. It's almost 7 and we dont want to start a service plan, it's takes too long. " Umm what? I'm in customer service and sales, you make a sale if it's presented to you even if it's almost closing time. Iyou can be of assistance it doesn't matter if you have to stay 20 more minutes past your closing time. On top of that my old phone broke 15 minutes before I went into Cricket and everybody knows how important their phones are. Bad business I was buying 5 new phone with all unlimited service planot... Read moreThese people are extremely helpful, nice, and very knowledgeable. I was having trouble with my phone dropping the GPS signal which I depend on constantly. I took it in the first time Christian showed me a couple of things which I didn't know before and was so glad to get that info. I could never get my GPS to speak over my Bluetooth and he got that working he showed me how to get into my Sims card. And he let me know if that doesn't work and some other things bring it back.
