Firehouse Subs North College — Restaurant in Fort Collins

I absolutely love coming here. The atmosphere is great, it feels exactly like your walking into a firehouse restaurant, the best way to explain that is everything is firehouse related. Everytime I go there I get the Hook and ladder, sandwich which some of the best honey baked ham and and an assortment of other ingredients. You take away ingredients and add them if you like. Most additions don't charge extra but there is a small menu that offers premium toppings for extra. The staff is all friends friendly, they have plenty of TV's to watch while you are waiting. This is another place where you can eat there or takie it home. Personally I take mine to go. The tables aren't exactly clean and I don't even bother with a dirty table. Make sure you try their different hot sauces they have a huge selection with labels on each one so you know how hot it is....

This was our first time, drove all the way from Laramie Wyoming to try this sub shop. Unfortunately, never got to try it. We have heard great things, placed our order at 6:52 PM and at 7:42 my boyfriend walked up to the counter to ask how much longer our food would be. They let us know they couldnt find our order, told us it should have already been out and then just stood there. At that point we just asked for our money back. The woman and her son who ordered immediately before us, was still waiting for her food also. She also asked about the status of her food right before we did and was asked what the name on her order was and she was told they couldnt find her order either. It was pretty unbelievably. It’s always easy to order online here, and my order was perfectly prepared, as usual. What made the biggest difference though, was Chase’s excellent customer service! As an older woman, & after a long & difficult day, in the few moments I was in the store, Chase made enough of an impact on me that I left with a smile on my face. Sometimes, just a smile, a friendly greeting, and an employee who is making sure you have everything you need makes a huge difference.
