I am writing this review as a warning to other vendors about my experience with Stephanie Salcedo, aka Stef Sal, who organizes events in Broward and Miami under different names. Since I first met her in April 2025, she has rebranded at least four times, from OG Gems Market to OG Gem Collective to Laud Vibes and more, each time changing names, logos, social media, and websites.
My first event with her in April technically happened, but it was poorly organized with no customers. Since it was her first event and she seemed nice, I gave her a pass. On May 28, I paid $40 and $35 for two more markets. One was supposed to be a farmerâs market on June 1, the other a night market on June 6.
The June 6 event took place, but I paid $35 for a 10x10 tent space and was instead placed in a $25 table spot, only big enough for a 6-foot table. She promised me a $10 refund or credit, but never paid. The $40 event was rescheduled several times due to weather (June 1, then June 8, then July 11th, then other dates), but ultimately never happened.
Her contract states no refunds, only rainchecks. I was willing to accept that. The problem is that each time she offered me a replacement date, it was with only a few daysâ notice. One was on my motherâs birthday, another when I was traveling, and another during a friend's baby shower. I told her I needed more advance notice and even went on her website to register for the dates I was available. For those two events I tried to book, she told me the venue would not allow me to sell my jams. After seven attempts, I still hadnât been able to claim the raincheck.
On July 8th, she emailed offering me three free events before September to make up for the lost ones. I tried to attend the July 11th market, but it was also postponed due to storms and her lack of presence at the venue. On August 9th, I asked again, but she said she wasnât hosting events that month because she was dedicating time to her family. The one August event she did promote turned out to be another venue where I was not allowed to vend.
Weeks passed with no updates. By late August and early September, I had sent three unanswered emails. When she finally replied in mid-September, she told me she could no longer honor our agreement. She said she had taken too big a loss on her personal credit cards, that she had already spent my booth fees on advertising future events, and that she had no money to refund me. She also said she planned to shut down after her remaining scheduled events, none of which had space for me.
At that point, I had given her over four months to make things right. I told her I didnât need three free events as promised, I only wanted the one single day I paid the $40 for, and the $10 misunderstanding. She refused. The bottom line: I paid for services, she never provided them, and she has refused to refund me.
I have since spoken with multiple other vendors, about half of whom reported similar issues: money owed, events canceled, promises unkept. The constant rebranding makes sense in this context. While I sympathize with how hard it is to start a business, you cannot keep vendorsâ money for events that never happen.
In just six months, she has changed names, logos, emails, and social accounts multiple times, making it hard to track her. Her website still shows upcoming events even while she tells me she is out of business. That is misleading at best.
I defended her early on, thinking she was just inexperienced, but after months of cancellations, excuses, and lack of refunds, I now believe this is a pattern. Whether intentional or not, the result is the same: vendors lose money and are left frustrated.
My advice: avoid doing business with Stephanie Salcedo (Stef Sal). She is not reliable, not communicative, and not honorable in her dealings. I am now disputing the charges through my credit card company because she refuses to do the right thing. Please do not make the same...

To go out of your way bullying, harassing, defaming, and slandering other people to make your day better has to mean either
A) your business isnât thriving because you have too much time on your hands. B) youâre bored C) youâre a miserable person D) all of the above
I think based on the facts of the person who will read this đ itâs D! Apply the same pressure you TRIED to apply on me to your business and your nasty demeanor and see how things will change for you! Everyone starting out something will make mistakes, will work hard, will continue progressing forward despite what negative miserable people have to say! Thankfully this market lasted a season and now moving onto BETTER THINGS and not servicing entitled, rude, harassing vendors like yourself!

We were supposed to attend an event on August 7th. It was cancelled due to weather. We were then told that we were going to get to reschedule ---thereafter I was told in a private message away from the group that I was getting a refund (see image below).
when questioned as to why I have not received the refund over a week later- she blamed Emily's Garden- instead of telling me the truth (I have since spoken to them and they said she is lying).
she then did a complete 180 and said I would not be getting a refund - nor offering an alternative date to participate in the market.
Ladies and gents- there are tons of markets out there - avoid this one...
