Our new favorite brewery! We were in the area last night (we live closer to Miami) and stopped in to celebrate my husband’s (belated) birthday. We had actually tried another nearby place first but they didn’t offer flights, so fate led us here. What a great place!! We each ordered a flight with 4 different beers and everything was FANTASTIC. The BA Lazy Collusion was superb and I really hope they have cans of it in stock soon so I can swing by to pick some up. They did have other cans available, and really, everything we tried was great. The food options were also fantastic and very interesting. I highly recommend the pistachio pizza! The vibes in the place were great, everyone who helped us was very attentive and friendly, and they have a ton of screens to watch different sports on (and kindly changed one to the Mets game upon request). They also had a few outside seats if you want to enjoy the weather. Overall, we had a great experience, and the building itself is super cute with the outside murals. Just visited the Uncommon Path tap room and I must say I was extremely impressed with their beer, their food and their service.

The taproom is beautiful and more like an upscale hangout vs a brewery taproom. I'd actually want to hang out there for a longer period.

The food is not your ordinary taproom fare, it's even better! The pizzas were as good if not better than most napoli style pizzerias (recommend the bianco and hot honey). I keep thinking about the leoparding on the bottom of the crust and the lightness of the dough. The wings would make Bdubs jealous, the garlic parm topping was fantastic. The beer is great and pairs well with both the weather (lots of lighter options) and the food menu.

We were a larger group and were able to grab a table in the back and were treated very well by the staff on a very busy night (art/music event close by).
