I love Starbucks. I was walking last week and I didn't think to write a review on it honestly or I would have. Anyway it had started to rain when I was walking from the Quality Inn when my sister and I were staying at last week from there to the gas station right past Starbucks and it just started pouring rain well I was on the phone with Western Union it was pretty important so I had went inside of Starbucks and sat down because well that's what they advertise come drink coffee use their Wi-Fi Etc this little man this little weasel of a man on the day shift come to me and was so just blatantly rude like he was almost drooling at the mouth well maybe not that bad I could be exaggerating just a little bit but he was very rude that I am not exaggerating he came up to me and told me that I had to leave the store or order something. So I had asked him if he can give me a minute he said no ma'am no you need to either leave or order something I wasn't in that store for not even five minutes so I said okay with my hand gesturing him please stop cuz Western Union had finally answered I didn't tell him that but I showed him the urgency of my call by my facial expression and my hand gesturing towards him please just don't yell at me type of a gesture please he knew he knew my phone call was important my facial expressions can be pretty obvious on what I'm suggesting or what I mean anyway so I ordered a drink and before my drink was all the way even with the lid on it he was telling me that I had to take my drink and leave the store oh he just made me want to cry well that was at the Starbucks next to the Quality Inn in and by Burlington Coat Factory in Fort...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this Starbucks for over a year, before you guys reopened there was a guy that worked your window he was a white guy with curly hair, every single morning like clock work I would come here and he remembered me by name and knew EXACTLY how my coffee was supposed to be made every morning. That is customer service. That is the encounter I want to have every morning. I came to get the same order this morning I get every single day and for the second or third time this week, they made my coffee wrong. I wasn’t gonna say anything but my mom urged me to because well I spend almost $300 dollars a month here, per my bank statement. When I asked to get my coffee remade I was met with nothing but eye rolls and bad attitudes. Kai the assistant manager was EXTREMELY RUDE! I will no longer be spending my $300 dollars a month at this location. I will drive over to my friend at the other Starbucks! Or just head to seven brew. PLEASE I URGE YOU from a former barista, to teach these girls how you are supposed to treat a human being, not just how you are supposed to treat a PAYING customer. Both they can’t seem to understand. If you cannot get a coffee made right, you should not be charging $10 for it. I woke up this morning anticipating on a great day and was met with disgusting belittling attitudes, and all I did was ask to have my coffee remade. Funny thing about it! They still didn’t make it right, salted caramel cold foam should have salt to it, hence the name, the brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso is supposed to be made with CINNAMON. Not a huge deal but if you’re paying that much for a coffee you want it...

One of the first locations in Arkansas! Opened 20 years ago and recently renovated, 2025.
During my entire stay, one of the friendly baristas walked up to my table and asked if I would like complimentary, “Bacon Egg Bites.” “Wow, thank you so much! What’s the reason?” She replied, “We made one extra.” It tasted warm, fluffy and delicious.
The entire staff here are friendly, upbeat and work very hard to make sure each customer inside and outside gets proper support they may need.
The atmosphere was clean and renovated. It shows baristas take pride in their recently renovated store. Throughout my entire stay, I noticed every thirty minutes to an hour, they walked by to wipe down tables and windows.
It is a little small but while I stayed here for a while, I did observe that this location had more Drive Thru and To-Go Pick Up orders. Not a lot of guests came in to stay a while.
When you first walk in, you’ll be greeted by friendly baristas. You can find to the left, five tables and ten chairs. That’s about it for their seating inside. They also offer small patio seating.
Overall, I would definitely return here and stay awhile. Baristas do such a great job making your stay enjoyable. They may come by your table and ask if you need another refill on your hot or cold coffee and tea. One reason I stayed a while, while on business trip...
