IF THEY ARE YOU ARE GOING TO BE OUT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO HAVE YOUR HOME SPRAYED BEFORE MATTRESS FIR WILL DO ANYTHING TO HELP YOU. THEY WONT GIVE YOU A REFUND THEY WONT REPLACE YOUR ITEMS U BOUGHT NOTHING UNLESS YOU SPEND ANOTHER 1 TO 2 THOUSAND DOLLARS FIRST. SO IF YOUR LIKE ME YOUR WITHOUT A BED FOR MY CHILD AND YOUR OUT THE MONEY YOU PAID FOR THE NEW MATTRESS AND BOX SPRING BEWARE BEWARE WISH I WOULD HV NEVER CAME HERE STRESSED UPSET DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. I HV SPENT OVER 1500 IM OUT NOW I bought a mattress here and bought Springs and within a month. It had a huge hole where you sit. They were very polite.They changed it out well since the day after I got it.My son and his girlfriend at the time. We're saying something was biting her. night one then every time she stsyed every since he got new mattress and box springs. I just thought they don't know what they're talking about maybe they got mosquito bit but today we find his whole box springs is infested with bed bugs infested. I have not gotta hold of them yet but I'm very upset.I've never had anything like this in my home.I'm disgusted because it's not just a few.It's major. This pic is nothing. The box springs we are wrapping before we ever take it through the house. It's 200 % worse inside boxspring. I even asked the manager if they were. Selling refurbished mattress in box springs just to make money because of that sinkhole from the first mattress. He never said no we don't do this. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS...SOMEONE BETTER TAKE CARE OF THIS I KNOW THAT ITS JUST MY SON AND I. I DONT HAVE THE MONEY TO REPLACE THE THINGS LIKE CARPET BEDDING GET EXTERMINATOR. THESE THINGS HAVE TO BE DONE. I call the store all they can say is our infestation team will be contacting me Monday or Tuesday. What is my son suppose to do sleep on the floor till then . I want all my money back. You should hv been offering it to me. But you can't talk to in fear of seeing you. Now I'm mad. That's saying to me I have to get a lawyer to handle this. ??? You main off should have been calling me.. wow Monday my son has no bed to sleep on and did not hear from anyone. I went on line and see Mattress Firm has this problem a lot. I went to them because I didnt want anything like this to ever happen. I thought if I bought a used mattress I could end up like this. All of this has caused my son to go to hospital cuz he was sick the stress this has put on both of us and all the work was unbelievable everything had to go in plastic bags wrapped tight an put outside that was just the beginning we even had to rip his carpet out the box springs was so infested.. please look over everything u get before bringing it...

Just bought a mattress after 15 years. I had been actively looking for 18 months. I was overwhelmed by pushy salesmen and hundreds of online articles and reviews. I was referred here and received excellent service. Matt walked me through the process of picking out the perfect mattress for me and my husband's needs...no pressure...no over selling...no excessive complicated facts about the products. Go see them!!!

Update!!!! Our mattress was delivered on Sunday. I slept well that night and woke up with my back feeling better than most mornings. (I suffer with lower back pain and had a recent car accident.) Now last night was a different story! Just two days later the bed stopped working while in the upright position!

My husband and I were about enjoy our dinner and a movie in bed. He had been reading in bed earlier and when we tried to adjust the bed a bit it would not move. For over an hour we tried to resolve the problem. First we realized that the delivery guys left no manual. We called customer service and of course there was no answer, because was after 8pm. With no manual we did not know the name of the recliner, so we had to search through all of their online manuals. We found two that resembled ours, but the remote control was completely different. We still tried their troubleshooting instructions with no success. By then our dinner was cold and I was furious! Because of my lower back problems, I could not simply sleep on our old couch. I had no choice but to sleep SITTING UP. It was one of the worst nights of sleep that I've had in years. I woke up several times slouched over, which was terrible for my back. As I type my back is in extreme pain and I have a crick in my neck.

I called customer service and the are closed for the Fouth of July. I will try the Mattress Firm location as soon as they open. I'm hoping they can offer us immediate assistance, because I cannot sleep like this again.

And let me be clear, my complaint is not with the quality of service in the store. My salesman was very helpful and I trust that he will be the same when I call today. I am complaining about the quality of my purchase. There is no excuse for this recliner to not be working two days after it...

My Husband and I went in with the intent of just starting the daunting task of buying a new mattress and were not intending on purchasing that day. We walked in and was pleasantly greeted by megan who was patient and did her best to help even though we weren’t great about expressing what we wanted especially considering my better half and I differ in our wants.

She helped us pick out exactly the mattress we wanted, answered my barrage of questions, and was friendly And patient the entire time.

The mattress was scheduled for two days later (went in on a Friday, was delivered on Sunday) for a window between 9-11, delivery arrived at 9:04am, the two gentlemen who delivered it cared enough to make sure we were home and made sure our mattress, mattress cover, and sheets all made it safely inside before leaving. Top notch service.

Our mattress foundation even came earlier than promised too, just a few days after the mattress!

I’m so glad we went in to a actual store and could have our new bed so quick (really only 4 business days)! If I had ordered this through purples website it was weeks out for delivery.

I have never spent the money on a good bed & always went from cheap mattress to the next and I can say after sleeping in the new bed last night, I will never go back!!!
