Franklin Inn — Hotel in Franklin Springs

I would have put no stars but I'm not able to. If you are a crackhead, meth addict, a prostitute or any kind of junkie or drug addict this is the place for you I have known people to stay here just because they are poor or broke but it cost them more later because then not only the stay rate they paid but also the $$$ it cost them to get rid of bedbugs and lice and if they moved into a new place the roaches that took a move with them in their belongings. I myself have only looked in the doors a handful of times and I live in the same driveway as this place but I would rather sleep under a bridge or even in the sewer before I would lay my head, my children's head or even my worst enemies head here. The cheap $$ to stay is not worth what all you get for what you pay unless those other nasty things you catch don't bother you. Oh and it also depends on price on the race/color of your skin white junkies pay one price and regular working men white or black a little more but Mexicans are charged as if it as a 5 star hotel no lie and they also have to rent 1 room per person, some workers I know were told that they (2 of them) work in construction had to be in separate rooms that it's a policy that they are 1 person rooms lmao I said WHAT???? I know of a lady and her husband her lover her money man and 2 kids who all stayed in one room and there's 2 beds on each room plus the Mexican men were charged double what the others...

Very good value. The people who work here are very nice and works with you if you need to leave later than check in. The rooms reflect great upkeep while still having a cheap feel. Towels are clean, bathrooms are fairly clean and you get bar soap of course. Beds are way more comfy than a Days Inn or anything of the like for sure. But if you want a quiet bed, dont look here. Talk about squeeky! But stable! Building and parking lot needs to be repainted. Quiet area unyil around 7 or 8am. Expect cars to be consistent after then. Security is iffy here but not much break-ins because its along a main road. Overall a very pleasent stay! I recommended if your passing through or just need a couple nights just...

My husband and I have came here many of times for our personal reasons. Well there is barely any hot water, the beds are just awful, there aren't any comfortable pillows, they always gave us the same room (which was nerve racking, there are roaches, they don't give you a microwave unless you stay there for a week, the room looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks & the TV doesn't always work on ssome channels. On top of that the owners wife just let's herself in our room during our stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel...
