Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Royston

The first time we ate here, we dined in when we first moved to the area. There were no prices on the menu, but we (mistakenly) assumed the prices were the same as at every other Pizza Hut we ever ordered from. They were NOT. We paid $40 for a medium pizza and a side of wings. We looked online and the prices were "normal" so I don't know what the heck they are doing there.

After that, we decided to only order take out or delivery.

We ordered take out another time and paid extra for two pan pizzas. We got two hand-tossed pizzas. When we called about it, the manager (or whoever it was) said that the dough must have been under-proofed. So maybe DON'T use it?? They offered a credit for ONE of the pizzas, which we have yet to use.

We just ordered delivery. I was NOT told beforehand that it would be DoorDash doing the delivery, since the order was made through Pizza Hut's site. I found out in a text message AFTER I ordered. I wanted to order pan, but it said they were out of stock, so I got two hand-tossed pizzas. One of the pizzas was extra pepperoni, but there was big areas with no pepperoni OR cheese at all. The other was so unevenly "tossed" that part of it was super thick (thicker than a pan pizza) and the other part was thin crust.

I really don't understand what these people are doing, but it is NOT making good pizza. Will never order from there again. We gave them three chances, and they failed every single time.

(To make matters worse, we ordered a $25 deal and ended up paying $50 after tips and fees....

This place is terrible. I ordered over the phone the girl taking the order acted as if she didn’t know what she was doing or didn’t care. I ordered for curbside, when I get there no one answers the phone. I go inside and stand there about 15 min before the lady give me my order. Then I look at my ticket and see that I am charged 7.12 for a tip. I said absolutely not for what??? The girl just stood there and looked at me as if I was crazy and said she didn’t know. I told her I did not get curbside and had to stand and wait 15min. The manager came to refund me my money but could not get the register to do right, so then one of the workers ask what was the problem the manager said she does not want to leave a tip because no one answered the phone. I proceeded to tell them again why I was not leaving a tip. Besides it should be my choice anyway. The manager finally gave me a discounted price. The other issue is no one was wearing gloves, touching everything. My card had already been charged I would have left the pizza there. I do not plan to...

Very disappointed and we won’t be going back. We used the Pizza Hut app and ordered the dinner box, which was supposed to come with two pizzas, breadsticks, and wings. We placed the order and it cost $40. They called us and said they were out of breadsticks. Complete silence and she never mentioned if we could substitute it for something else. She said she would refund us for the breadsticks. We got there and picked it up. They said the only order they had ready was a dinner box with a cheese pizza, bbq chicken pizza, and honey bbq traditional wings. The only thing had right about the order was the bbq chicken pizza. We had ordered a supreme pizza and boneless medium buffalo wings. They didn’t know how to refund us for the breadsticks. Not sure how you can run a business like that. The food wasn’t $40 worth. We were charged extra for the supreme and bbq chicken pizzas because of the toppings but we received the cheese pizza instead. The restaurant isn’t clean at all and they don’t use gloves while...
