El Manzanillo Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Royston

Wow I will never go back. My order was completely messed up. And the waitress even tried to argue with me about my order. I had to pull out the menu and explain to her what comes with what plate. Not only that but I didn’t get the rice and beans that went with my plate, my husband did and his didn’t come with it. And again she tried to tell me it did with the menu in my hand. I asked for guacamole separate from my salad and it was right on top of it, and she argued to tell me it was indeed separate. I was forced to pick it up, move it to the side and show what SEPERATE is. This was not a good experience for us. My girlfriend and I have been here 3 times and the two times before were decent. This time was terrible. When we ordered the waitress, Jessy, brought my girlfriend out a completely different dish than what we ordered. She then proceeded to argue with me about what she brought out. After taking it back, we ordered a daquari that she did not bring us straws for and when she did bring one she only brought one straw. Seeing it was two people, this is just lazy. When I finally got the chance to eat the food was not good(probably because it was cold). She never came back after her mess up to ask us how the food was. Horrible first time experience. I asked for extra rice and got what is below. It looks like someone ate most of my food and gave me leftovers. I thought he forgot to add the extra and the base level rice is that small but no. That was extra rice as I got charged the extra fee. For $12 something, it's an expensive snack. To add salt to injury I thought this food would be amazing but I was wrong. It was bland with little seasoning. It's sad when waffle House seasons their food better at a much better price.
