This hotel is a tragedy. It’s hard to imagine a renovation that took so long and delivered such poor results. This hotel was under renovation for about five years. Now it’s been open about 2-3 years. What a mess it is. The corners that were cut during the renovation are glaring.

Foremost, the hotel had NO HOT WATER during my stay. This is marketed as a business traveler hotel, but you can’t shower. I understand from others that this has happened before. The front desk told me it would be fixed, but could not tell me when. The hotel has literally only been open about 2 years. They clearly didn’t get a new boiler in all that time they took to renovate.

There are no suites at this property. The only exception is the two that they do not sell and hold for sales.

The rooms are somewhat spacious and generic and are so poorly furnished. You only get two uncomfortable chairs and a small table. In fact, they had to move the chairs up to cut the room and it looks ridiculous and is so obvious they ran out of money. Clearly, they could not afford a couch or table. It just looks super awkward.

The barroom has a child’s sink that doesn’t drain well. Clearly, the hotel didn’t upgrade any of the water or plumbing features. Again, it just looks utterly ridiculous and very budget hotel.

The shower is an incredibly poor design. Only one side of the glass slides open. The other side is fixed. The water turn on is not against the back wall like a normal hotel (there is a Marriott nearby that can show them how it’s done). This means you have to get all the way into the shower to turn on the water.

Fixtures are also started to fall out of the wall already. There are three hooks for you to hang things. One is already falling down. The toilet paper holder is already sagging. Screwing and affixing things to the wall is such a basic thing and they can’t even do this...

My wife and I are Gold Elite members and we booked a 4 day 3 night stay with Delta Hotel. At first site, we were impressed, but looks can be deceiving. The air-conditioner makes a weird annoying sound at night while trying to sleep. The first day stay our room was serviced properly. But after that everything went down hill. I had to call and physically go down stairs to get extra towels and wash clothes because all we were stocked with was 1 towel and 1 wash cloth. The third day, we left our room at 8:45 am and returned 5 hours later and NOTHING had been done. No house service at all was rendered. I again, Called and physically went down stairs to get clean towels and wash clothes. I ran into one of the service employees and they gave me a few extra towels and 2 bottles of water. I also had to take my own garbage out to them. It's 2:22 pm Saturday July 22, 2023 and my sheets have yet to be changed from yesterday. Oh theres a knock st the door...its Maria Gonzalez with house keeping. She's very friendly and apologized for our misfortune. But it's already 2:45 and most of what we needed, I've already attained. She's in the bathroom cleaning. Shes is trying to make up for the damage done. It's not her fault....it's This Hotel Management. This is a 4 star hotel with 2 star service. The hotel and rooms are clean and the hot water is hot, but the hospitality and service has a lot to be improved. We are soooooo very disappointed in the Delta Hotel. I also see in the reviews someone else had a very similar experience as we did. I would like the manager to reach out to us. This situation. Deserves attention. I'm looking forward to checking out tomorrow. This nightmare has to come to an end. I will be contacting Marriott Headquarters about...

I stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks and almost everything was great. Customer service was always great. House cleaning was on time and good too. On some days, the elevator smelt like puke! But on other days it smelt fine. The restaurant there has great breakfast too! One thing that bugged me was the fact that I had to walk into the bath before I could get something in there; the water always leaked on the floor whiles showering too. Also, they don't have enough microwaves, but they finally have one in the lobby, so that helps. During my stay I bought a basin to wash couple of my clothes in my room. On my last day there, I forgot and left the basin in the bathroom. I checked out around 12 noon and I called the hotel around 4pm on that day to ask them to keep it for me, so I could pick it up. I called severally and every time, this one guy picked up, wouldn't allow me to finish my sentence then transferred me to housekeeping. This went on for about 30 minutes. So I decided to stop calling. I went there a day after that and was told that they couldn't find anything in the bathroom. They even took me there to show me and truly there was nothing there. So, I'm wondering how did the basin just vanish into thin air?! It was a new basin, I didn't even get to use it...It must have walked out of the hotel with it's supposed legs huh... Anyway, my advice is that please make sure to pack every single thing before you check out of your room. Thank God! I didn't leave any valuables behind. I would have gotten just a "sorry about that " too! This is not a good look for a...

We stayed here for our niece's competition in Bridgewater. The place is nice, and comfortable. What I didn't like and was shocked to hear was that if you want housekeeping to clean your room you need to request it at the front desk. I point this out because when we left our room at 8am we saw the housekeeper in the hall and requested she leave us an extra towel and the box of tissue was empty, she said OK. We got back that night at 9pm and the room was untouched. Wife went down to the front desk and that's when we found out you need to request WTH.... Never in all my hotel stays, from economy to luxury in category have I ever had to make that request. So be forewarned.....

The best part of the meditation classes was as a family caregiver is no break 💔. I went because a friend arranged for me to: attend. I owe him Cliff J. We were taught the basics of the meditation classes. We were from diversified group of people. Both men and women joined in the course. Sarah's little more I would have to fill up media page to tell you everything that happened all I can say is on September 30th through October 2nd at the Capitol Hill in Washington d.c. will be a World Festival. Price to join is going online and requesting a ticket.. People will be there from all over the world it is a wonderful time for group interaction from different nationalities.
