Pros: -Quality ingredients -GREAT RICH TASTE (I have purchased two custom cakes from here with cupcakes and people ----ALWAYS rave about how good it is. Even people that are "on a diet" cannot resist.) -Great texture -Good lead time on custom orders -Good prices

Cons: -Both times I ordered there was confusion with understanding what I wanted done, even when I provided a picture -They make mistakes (For my first order, I gave then gold wrappers for cupcakes and they did not use the wrappers. For my second order, they gave me the wrong flavor for the cupcakes.) -It's hit or miss with design. Both of my cakes had to be fixed or redone because it was sloppy and did not look professional. I sent them a picture for how I wanted my cake to look for my 30th birthday. An ombre design with gold flakes. They assured me they could do it. I saw a similar ombre cake on their site with a different color scheme, so I trusted them. When I received the picture the day before pick-up I felt like I had been pranked. It was like one of those what you bought vs what you received memes, lol. Despite, they promptly addressed all of my concerns by the next day and I was very happy with the final result.

After being extremely pleased with my recent car buying experience, I wanted to thank everyone who helped make it great. I decided to send a platter of goodies as a thank you. I'm SO happy that I called BAM Desserts! I spoke with Liz, who gave me some terrific ideas and suggested I look on their website. I also looked at their Instagram page and OMG, my mouth was WATERING! The cakes! The cookies! The cupcakes! Honestly... I was almost too excited (and dying to try their red velvet cookies)! Liz put together a terrific package for me, staying in my budget, yet with LOADS of bang for my buck.

The order was delivered perfectly, with care and thoughtfulness AND they wrote out my emailed thank you note to perfection! Needless to say, I received a VERY happy/ hearty thank you from the recipients within hours. Evidently these goodies were EVERY bit as yummy as they looked because they were being devoured!

I just moved to the Bridgewater area (as did my daughter and her family), so I'm really happy to have found a terrific bakery for all of our family occasions and sweet tooth days. I can't recommend BAM Desserts highly enough! They’ve become our go-to for all things sweet and celebratory. We first discovered them when we were planning our child’s 1st birthday party (he is currently 6 yrs old), and they created a custom cake that absolutely blew us away, not only in design, but in flavor, too. The cake was beautifully decorated, completely tailored to the theme we chose, and honestly one of the best we've ever tasted. It was a hit with both kids and adults!
