Excellent assistance from Allison Baty. I was travelling through on road trip with a reseller's service on ATT. Needed hotspot for work. Due to problems with the ghetto reseller I would have never gotten the overseas technicians to successfully port my number to native ATT. Allison spent 3 hours fighting that for me. She found me discounts where I'm basically on a business account with all the hotspot data I'd ever need and on the latest LG v series phablet for barely any $$. Was at AT&T for a new IPhone. Met Matthew (ASL) with no wait. He was hands down the best! He helped me pick out a new phone, fixed my old phone which I didn’t know was possible and transferred my old info to my new phone. Of course I had a problem with a block on my credit but he fixed that for me as well. He was very knowledgeable, fun to talk to and I had the best experience because of him.
