Sleep Number — Hotel in Garfield Township

They do not stand behind their product. Beware the warranty. Our bed is just 3 yrs old and having to spend more money on the mattress cover which ripped from the magnets. Poor design and you will end up continuing to invest in repairs because the so called 15 year warrant prorates at a ridiculous rate. I would not recommend anyone buy a sleep number bed. So disappointed.

Also, the new mattress covers with the magnets I must purchase have a 30 day warranty THEN they drop DOWN to the prorated percentage of my ORIGINAL warranty on the bed.

Response to Sleep Number (owner) The first year I would have never considered that I needed to inspect the underside of the matress cover to see if the magnet was tearing out of the cover. For all I know it could have started tearing within the 1st year. I'm not going to argue the point. I like my bed just don't feel the company stands very well behind the product for the price paid.

Also to put a brand new matress covering on and then drop the warranty on it in 30 days down to the beds orginal purchase is not reasonable. But it is what it is - I have no choice.
