Ate breakfast and dinner here while staying at Great Wolf Lodge. Dinner was good with out party of 6. Smoked Ribs, Brisket, and a Smoked Johnsonville style Sausage, Stouffer style Mac and Cheese with Friend Jalapenos, Johnny Cake Style Corn Bread. The Slaw was just there as a filler and had no flavor. I guess if substandard mediocrity is your level of acceptance then go for it. Burgers were cooked properly but, nothing more than a Sysco sytle pre-fab with Slabtown Burgers and Sparks BBQ just down the road it's was obvious only the reason people eat here is because they are staying here and don't want to get the kids in jackets and boots🤣😂
Breakfast Buffet- BIG NO, NO! We arrived at 10:15 am. They say they serve until 11 am. However the buffet was poorly stocked, many empty spots, when they did get filled food was luke warm. Plates actually had a gritty grim on them. In thier defense we spoke with Manager. She was very apologetic offered to comp the meal. Not what I wanted, we wanted a good meal. Appreciate the offer, but if you can't do what you at least well, then just don't do it. I imagine we are not the first nor will be the last disappointed guest. Decor was fun and whimsical, but the outlet is more a gimmick than a place I'd return to....

We swung by a fast food place for the kids before rolling up here, and their full meals combined—drinks included—cost less than my so-called Chicken Caesar "salad."
My wife and I popped in for dinner after letting the kids burn off some energy. Judging by the glossy photos on Maps and the eye-watering prices, I expected more than a sad 3-4oz sprinkle of chicken jerky scattered across what felt like half a lettuce patch. The croissant croutons? A cruel fake-out—thought they were chicken at first glance, leaving me with a disappointment rivaling my wife’s on our honeymoon.
My wife’s Chili Lime Chicken Bowl was a rice avalanche with a chicken cameo. It bore zero resemblance to the mouthwatering shot from last year’s review and had all the flavor of cardboard. She said it was like chowing down on the bland slop from The Matrix’s mess hall.
The staff was friendly enough, but the empty dining room made the wait time feel like a plot twist nobody asked for.
Moral of the story: if you’re itching to overpay for underdelivery, this is your spot. Otherwise, stroll down the street—plenty of better...
Read moreWe are at Great Wolf Lodge in Niagara Falls, ON for my daughter’s birthday and decided to come to the camp critter bar and grille for dinner as we had already had pizza yesterday and wanted to try something different. They had buffet going and I asked our server Julia if there were any halal options. She promptly called the manager who called the sous chef and they very kindly prepared some amazing seafood dishes for us! It was really sweet of them to go above and beyond and be so accommodating to ensure that we were able to have a great meal. They also showed us all the items we could eat from the buffet. Thanks so much to Tom, Julia and Christos for the incredible service and hospitality. It was the highlight of our trip and made my daughters day! I would highly recommend dining here as the food was delicious, affordable and there was a wide variety of food to select from. Hopefully there will be enough demand in the future for them to have some halal meat...
