A mixed experience; in short: this is a good hotel for short to medium stays - probably the "best of the affordable" extended stay hotels. If it wasn't for my uniquely bad experience, I'd stay again. It was a good value.
Staff is friendly, and when everything went wrong for me, Pomfila was really helpful.
The front desk limited hours are short, so it can be hard to catch an attendant if you're working on the weekdays. The video kiosk works well, so don't worry if you end up arriving late.
The room was pretty decent. The bathroom was nice, and the kitchen was VERY clean (even the inside of the fridge and microwave was super clean)
The bed was 'meh'... pillows too soft, imo.
Due to an error between Expedia and the hotel's system, I wasn't rebooked for a second week. So 3 days into the 'second week', all my items were removed from my room. No attempt to contact me at all. Groceries in the fridge thrown away. Ultimately, it was a big mixup in the system, and the hotel didn't charge me for the 3 nights, and offered a free night as compensation. Although I'm upset about losing a bunch of freshly bought groceries, and $200 dollars of refrigerated insulin, Pomfila really did try to resolve the issue when I met her.
Anyway, if you book through an agency and choose to extend, make sure to verify your check-in status with the front desk at the start of the new stay.
All the stars aligned to give me a bad experience, but odds are you'll have...

Read moreThis was by far one of the worst places I have stayed. When I checked in the front desk gave me a double bedroom due to the amount of personnel that I had with me. Once we returned from the event that night, went to the room and the key did not work. Came down to call the number they had provided for after service hours and had to wait 45 minutes before someone to assist. Once the assistant checked the computer they had moved me from the initial room to another room what had one bed and a chair. No way we could have slept in one bed. I had to go to Walmart (good thing that it was not that far) and purchase a blowup bed for that night. The next morning requested more towels and wash clothes (they only put one wash cloth and two towels in the room) I had to wait 1 1/2 hours for that. While outside talking with another guess (who had problems as well) I noticed that the room that I was in the screen on the window was broken (looked like someone had tried to break into the room). Dog pee was on the floor once you exited the elevator. This is one hotel that I would never stay at again. I would rather sleep in my car before I give them the price that they were asking for the room. If I would rate this hotel a negative 10 (-10). DON'T SAY...
