BoxDrop Mattresses Hammond — Hotel in Hammond

I bought a mattress and bed frame from them almost 3 years ago now. I got the mattress same day, but the bed frame was “arriving from a warehouse.” After 2 weeks with no bed frame, I contacted the store. They said it’d be in by the end of the week. The end of the week came and I hadn’t received it, so I contact them again and once again got the “it’ll be there by the end of the week.” I financed all of it and never received the frame. After nearly 4 months of this, I asked them to just take the bed frame off of my account since I was paying for something I’d never received. Almost 3 years later and they still refuse to fix the mistake with finance company and it’s messing up my credit! I’ve talked with 3 different people that promised to fix it and they still have not. 10/10 would not...

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

We bought a mattress, boxspring and frame the mattress is awesome, the only reason they got one star....... We wait almost 3 months for the frame to come in, I kept calling and was getting the run around telling me It was gonna be the end of the week and then it never came. When the frame finally came in it broke within 2 weeks, I instantly contacted the owner of the store and it took him almost 3 months to give me an answer. That answer was saying it was operators error, saying we put it together wrong if putting the frame together by FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS then definitely don't shop here.

At then end of this I was told I couldn't get a refund or a new frame.

The most incredible experience! My husband and I made our first and last stop right here at boxdrop mattresses! It was definitely a one and done between the welcoming atmosphere and unbeatable prices how can you say no! Bradley was very knowledgeable of all features on all the mattresses that also hold the most amazing quality! And he was more than happy to answer all of our questions!
