3/6/25 All I order was a large mountain dew zero. Got handed a carbonated water drink. Y'all can't even get a single soda right.

Wow 10/21 Still selling old, and cold fries. 9/15 Can't get a drink right... A single drink. I didn't even order food and I got 3 ounces of drink missing. Bruh for $3.5o on a drink, you would think you could do it right. (See pic) 9/11 White girl with a net on her hair, has one hell of an attitude and doesn't even know what she's talking about with the products.

Order a taco extra cheese, go to Taco only cheese. I opened it up the shower that there's no lettuce and regular cheese and she still trying to argue that it's extra cheese.

Bruh, back to a 1 star.

5/18/24 Y'all gained a star. This time I got the right amount of seasoning on the fries and the right amount of cheese dip in the cup.... Now if the fries weren't an Hour old, we would be great. Threw them away. Wasted another $3 trying.

4/11 I tried again... This time I got less than half a cup of cheese with my nachos fries and the fries are still the least seasoned of any store I've ever gone to. Get it together. 1/5 Zero people in line. It's raining. Water getting into my car. "One moment". I wait several moments and then say "Hello". "One moment". Naw, my car and myself are not going to keep getting wet cause you are lazy.

No cars in line, none at the window and you still can't get it together 1/3 stop telling me old and disgusting fries. 11/8 1pm. old limp disgusting fries. I order 1 thing and y'all give me trash. Do better. Thanks. I'd appreciate getting the correct amount of fries...

The past couple times I have eaten here, I got a steak xxl grilled stuft burrito and my order has gotten worse every time. The ingredients are never spread around properly. Today was the worst of all as almost all the ingredients were missing (definitely very sparse). It was also very watery, thus making the tortilla fall apart. I tried to rewrap it, and realized that afterwards, it was half the size it normally is!!! :( The main ingredients were unmelted cheese and tortilla...YUCK!!! I feel so sick for trying to eat this, and really angry that my $6 burrito wasn't worth even $1!!

Updated on 12/15/2017: As to the above comment, I've only had one subpar burrito since then, but I'm gonna leave up the details so other people know about it. Just call the 1-800 number to let them know if your food is gross like mine was, and the issue will be rectified. I also wanted to let management know that they need to change the times they are open on Google. For anyone reading this they are only open till 3am not 4:30am. I don't know how much this will help though, because I've been there several times now between 12 and 3 and they always say their system is down. I find it very non-coincidental that its always at random times between these hours. I worked at fast food before and the system always shuts down at the same time to update. I feel like this taco bell has super lazy staff who just want to get paid but not have to...

Ordered online. Several items were out, that weren't listed on the app. (I've ordered before and items are grey and not an option when currently not in stock) I was given a partial order and told to get a hold of customer service on the app. This was very preventable. On top of this I wasted my birthday reward for a frozen drink, and there's no way to be reissued this. DOA Customer service on the app didn't respond, had to wait a week and submit a second ticket for help, the automated bot shot me over a $5 coupon, and said they'd get to me. It's been 3 weeks, almost 4, and still nothing. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Something is wrong with this location, I'm having to drive to the location by Winn-Dixie, and I haven't had a single issue there, in fact on long waits over there they've given free drinks and been very friendly. This location has had staff issues in the past, has closed on many days because there was no one to work, which translates to manager problems imo. This location would do well with...
