So I begin to place my order and a sonic Team member says oh! the app does not work after 9 pm Well what a dissaplointment because it was featured as a reward on the app that I signed up for and no where did it mention on the app or on the sign at the restaurant that customers are not able to place an order with the app after 9pm
ThIs sonic does not close until 10pm To me it was a false advertisement and to make matters wiorse my bill was 16 dollars and my server decided to keep the change without returning , it, maybe she thought I was not going to tip her but if that was the cass, then she was wring. I myself worked as a waitress for 10 years , so I know the job itself can be denanding. But I just found it Very rude to do this.My waitress name was Isabella. Still she ran off and never returned.I Had to call back because I dId not receive the sauce I ordered, honey mustard, but i was charged for it.. I filed a complaint. I fixed Lake Charles market, Lafayette market and I'm now working on Baton Rouge and Hammond. You'd be surprised how many hot dogs I eat from y'all and how many have to be made 3 times just to get no chilly and the correct cheese.

Came out with one the looked way more burnt than the first one. Flipped the meat to see better. Looked like they used the same dog and recooked it.
As I was typing, someone came out without me asking and said it looked rough and said they had to cooked it on the grill because they did not have hot dogs ready.
They told me to wait 8 minutes.
Then still before I'm done typing, they bring me out an other hot dog. (4minutes later)
If it's cooked enough, it's barely.
Long and the short, this store is in a rush, which is awesome.
However, they rushed off the mic and didn't hear me double checking that they got "cheese only" on the coney. Then they rushed to burn a dog on the grill. Then they rushed out to apologize. Then they rushed out an under cooked dog.
Next time, just relax a couple minutes and get it done right...
