They charge less for iPhone screen repair but the screens they use aren't Apple screens abd the phone recognises this. A message will appear saying a non-Apple product has been installed on the phone. Then the screen won't hold up. I've had to go back several times to get the issue corrected and i was charged both times to replace it again! Now its the 3rd time in under a month and its popping out the shell with blank screen. Was told "lifetime" warranty! Its robbery. All this in under a month from initial visit! I'll sit here in front this store and inform every last person of how shady and untrustworthy they are. Way better off going to Geek Sqaud and paying a tad more and getting it done correctly. This place will be gone soon anyway. You just can't do people like this and stay around. Gotta love capitalism...

Update... I was already turned away with my only option being pay for another screen repair, 96$, So why now after the review you ask me to come back in there to look at it again?? No sir ill not waste any more time there. You had ample time to handle this correctly. I'll bring my money elsewhere.. never again

This is the worst place to get your phone to have it “fixed”. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max and the rear glass on it broke so I took it there to get it replaced. They did fix the glass, but after I got it back now one of the microphones on it doesn’t work, so I am not able to call Siri, or when I do FaceTime calls people don’t hear me and I simply can’t use my phone on speaker anymore. I took it back to let them know about the issue on the microphone and they wouldn’t take responsibility for it. I know that the microphone was still working after the glass broke because right before I took it there, I had called several stores to ask for prices and I did this calls on speaker. Also, after two days they returned my phone, I dropped it and the glass that was replaced broke again (it had a case on). Before my glass broke the first time, I had dropped my phone multiple times. I own my iPhone since Dec of 2021 and the glass lasted for over two and a half years with a Sonix case. This new cheap glass only lasted two days with the same type of case. They are cheap, so, you get the cheap service...

They used to be great, they must have switched who they got their screens from. My husband got his screen fixed about a month ago, the same day it started glitched and had ghost touches. They said they changed the screen. Still the same thing.
