I stayed at this pleasant motel for 1 night in June 2022 and was quite impressed at the quality service here. Both the check-in and check-out processes went seamlessly, and the receptionist, Elaine, who took me and my parents in was extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. Both my parents and I were impressed at the cleanliness, spaciousness, and fresh smell of our separate rooms and we found the beds to be quite comfortable. Though the curtaining in my room was dark, they did not fully cover the top and bottom of the window which caused a bit too much light to enter. Though I understand the importance of security lighting, those lights can be bright which can easily cause a room to be excessively bright when trying to sleep. Another good perk of my stay here was the optimum functioning wi-fi. I used it for a couple of hours and had no service drops or lags while streaming. For my parent’s room, the TV worked well for him and the ACs in our room were quite and worked very well. I also enjoyed the shower and found that it dispensed water evenly and not too harshly, and I appreciated the ease in utilizing the body wash/shampoo dispensers on the wall in the shower. Further, the rooms are equipped with a hand soap and lotion dispensers at the sink.

For me, I did not have to endure excessive noise outside of my room which I definitely appreciated, especially as I had a first-floor room. For my folks, they had to experience an excessively loud guest in a room conjoined to theirs, but when they addressed the front desk about it at around 3:30AM, they were pleased in how quickly the staff responded to quell the noise. Further, the next morning, when my folks were asked about their stay, the hotel manager—he may have ben assistant manager—expressed true regret of their trouble and assured them that he would try his best to improve their experience for their next stay.

Despite minor improvements, I really enjoyed my stay at this quiet motel. Any time I find a hotel with the friendly, welcoming service I experienced here along with well-kept rooms, I mark it in my mind to make that motel a place to return for future visits. Actually, it’s the first time that I ever stayed at a Red Roof motel, and I certainly recommend it to anyone who needs an affordable, quiet place to stay served by staff who truly care for...

Wow! impressive! So everything here was so nice! The bed was obviously NEW~ a king size pillow top was firm and soft! We got a great nights sleep. The water was super hot and the shower head was high! Super great for me because I am tall. And this place was so clean! The maintenance was top notch, And this is a property that shows the pride of the management. The pool was good! The early morning coffee was made and available in the front office, no breakfast but the room was only $80 plus taxes. The manager also was kind, polite, and professional! He gave us 4 extra towels so we could enjoy the pool. The wifi was super fast fiber! This place was obviously recently remodeled. We loved this place, and the location is right next to Interstate 55 so it is a super great location. This is one place we will sure return to stay when we are in the area again. The room smelled so fresh when we arrived, and the AC worked great. it was quiet here too! We got to also check in early! and after we checked out, the manager let us stay poolside for an extra hour and let us keep the towels until we were ready to leave. Welp! Where do I begin….Let’s start at the check-in process. So, I arrived on iSaturday afternoon for my two-night stay with a pretty easy checkin process. No problems there. I go to my room and it’s pretty clean. Nothing to brag about…but decent. I am the type that when I arrive into a room, I immediately check for bedbugs!!! Well, I can honestly say that I was very impressed with the bed-linen! It was fresh and clean and the most impressive part was that the mattress was in an ENCASED bed bug protector! That alone gave the room 2-additional stars! However, the bed AND pillows were waaay to soft for me! The second night stay was not as good! The shower did NOT have hot water! So, after being gone the entire day and coming back and NOT being able to take a hot shower was very disturbing! I was told that there would be someone on the property at 7:00am the following morning to repair the hot water. Well, by 9:00am, there was STILL no hot water! I was livid and demanded to speak with a manager! Well, the manager on-duty was at the front desk and was very apologetic. He ultimately gave me 50% off my 2-night stay. That was good customer service and is how a GOOD manager should handle a situation like that! Would I stay...
