Burger King — Restaurant in Louisiana

This Burger King ALWAYS gives me trouble. I believe this stop will be the last one. Order is ALWAYS wrong, and INSTEAD of informing me, they are OUT, or they are not going to cook what I order, they choose to substitute, THEN hide, the substitution, so that I don't find out til I get all the way home!! My burger was red on the inside!! Um, NO!NO!NO! UNACCEPTABLE! And, tell me, PLEASE...Why does the soft drinks taste funny?? EVERY flavor tastes like it has SPLENDA for sweetener!! Do they? I prefer my soft drinks to contain SUGAR, not even Cane sugar, just plain old white sugar!! AND, NO MATTER the time of day or night, we talkin' 1130am, 1130pm OR 200am, the line BARELY moves, I mean, BARELY, like molasses will beat me to the red light EVERY time on a -20 winters day!! No matter if there are 2 cars in line or 20 cars in line!! Why? I understand if the other orders are HUGE, but not everyone's orders are huge ALL the time!! I mean, come on!!!

I will end this review post on a positive note, I mean, Burger King used to be my go to choice, back in the day, it's an icon...In a separate bag, I was given plenty of straws (for my bottled water), TONS of napkins and Plenty of sauce, (not ketchup) SAUCE, (for the onion rings I didn't get)...OK well it wasn't totally positive but HEY!, It'll be my last one! I HAD TO GO OUT WITH A BANG!!

Add-on Edit...I had to come back and say one more thing...Now, I am all about employees dressing nicely for work! BUT, in the FOOD INDUSTRY, I honestly thot, it is MANDATORY for HAIR NETS and those extra long fingernails, can most certainly be painted a pretty blue, BUT, don't they supposed to be cut and trimmed down to a certain SHORT length AND covered with food handling gloves?? It wasn't even a Friday or Saturday night to be ALL DRESSED UP TO GO OUT!!

The manager at 11am on February 16th, 2023 was the rudest person I ever dealt with! We. Went in to order our food and was going stay and eat until we were treated so rudely, just my husband and I. She was rude to the guy in front of us as well. We greeted her with a smile and ' How are you ma'am?" Her comment "What you want?" I placed our order and said thank you, no response back from her. My husband got the drinks, the soda tastes like seltzer, no ketchup or containers to put ketchup in, not offered any and sure was intimidated to ask. No lids for drinks. However this manager was very polite to the two black men that ordered after us. We are white and feel like that is why she was rude. When I received our food I told her thank you and hope she has a good day. She the manager didn't even make eye contact with me. We decided to just leave with our food. The whopper was good, the cheeseburger was good, the fries were good. The chicken nuggets were cold and hard. I totally understand people have bad days, we all do but thank can be told to a paying white customer on a good or bad day. It's called kindness and thank you for coming in and choosing us to eat at our establishment. No we won't ever go back to that location! I don't recommend anyone else too especially...

We went thru the Burger King drive-thru to order some breakfast. A simple order of 2 orders of french toast sticks and some coffee with cream and 4 sugars. When we drove around, they stopped us at the back window, which had a sign on it that you said, "NEXT WINDOW PLEASE." We waited there for a few minutes. There wasn't anyone in front or behind us. The cashiers at the 2nd window waived us to her. My wife immediately asked why we had to stop at the back window. The cashiers said because your food wasn't ready yet. No receipt was given, and my wife asked for one. The cashier said they were out of paper. After we left, the french toast sticks were warm, and the coffee was luke warm at best and was only 1/2 full. They gave me 4 pink sweeteners and no creamer. Any coffee drinker out there can appreciate if you drink it with cream and sugar and are given no cream and no sugar, it messes up your morning coffee. We had to double-check our credit card charge to make sure they charged us correctly, which they did. This was not a good experience, and we WILL NEVER go back to that Burger...
