Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Louisiana

This place is horrible and disgusting. The people coming in and out are ghetto and nasty! They were bare foot and walking on the back of their shoes. The employees has NO HAIR NETS ON with DREADS and LONG HAIR WIGS that was everywhere. Also with no gloves and going back n fourth to the cashier. The other employee has a high MESSY ponytail without a hair net. So hair can easily fall into ones food. They’re fingernails were filthy. Grabbing every little thing they see without gloves or re- washing their hands. Not even washing their hands with soap for at least 20-30 seconds, and then to put on gloves which was not in sight. Then walking IN AND OUT! Bare feet with sandals! Also laughing and playing all OVER THE FOOD! I’ve never seen so much unprofessionalism IN MY LIFE. A couple months ago, my wife ordered a pizza and cheese sticks on their app. 20 minutes later the app alerted that the food was ready to pick up. I get there and tell the cashier I'm picking up. I kid you not, they said they were out of cheese and we did not receive a thing. The store manager said they can not give refunds and I was told to call corporate. We did and was told someone would get back to us. Never heard from them again.

Reluctantly, we ordered the exact same items two weekends ago through their app. Not even 5 minutes later, the app alerted us it was ready. Got to the portal and the marinara nor cheese sticks were in the portal. It was an ordeal to finally get them. Both items were very old looking which was why it only took 5 minutes is my guess.

I had a craving for a ICB no butter. Upon walking in the door I noticed that the body language of the cashier was negative. She wasn't smiling, didn't greet me and I had to correct her several times to get my order right. I watched them prepare my cheese bread. After it was finished the young man cut it and boxed it. The cashier handed it to me and walked away. I had to call her back for my dipping sauce. She dipped up the sauce but did not fill the cup up. She scooped up two spoon fulls and filled it half way.After looking in the box I noticed that my cheese bread was cropped up some of the sticks didn't have cheese on it and under cooked.
