Civic Apartments — Local services in Hot Springs

This is a dump! The apartment was extremely filthy when we moved in! I killed 4 large roaches within the first 3 hours of being there. there are 2 holes in the floor by the bed and no heater (advertised to have heater furnished with apartment) , so we were freezing with cold air coming though the holes in floor which led to us leave the same day we moved in. The owner then refused any return of the money we had already paid for the month and has also blocked my phone number and on Facebook so i have no way to reach him. Also, the individual apartment rooms do not have bathrooms- the one and only toilet and shower is in the building's hallway for all of the tenants to share. Unsafe, inconvenient, and unsanitary. Go see...

It's horrible, the spaces are small, the owner is a horrible slum lord, it has cronic history of bugs, there is virtually NO privacy... I just do not recommend anyone with standards...

Small yet comfortable one room apartment. Restrooms are in the hallway s. Three upstairs and downstairs. Washer for resident use but no drier. Staff decorate...
