Stay away! This place is terrible! First, while the building is in the perfect location, there is only a single entrance that is nearly impossible to find. If there were any kind of emergency, that means there's a terrible bottleneck of dozens of people trying to get out all at once. Or someone could block the single exit if they're trying to do harm. Okay, moving on. This place is in TERRIBLE shape. First, the numbering system of the rooms is completely jacked. I included a picture of the layout of the building. NOTHING made sense! And breakfast is a JOKE. Hot water from a large dispenser, paper packets of hot chocolate and coffee, granola bars that are broken into dust, and single plastic-packaged muffins that might be older than dinosaurs. Then my rooms, yes two rooms because I moved, were dirty, moldy, dusty, dingy, and just plain yuck. The windows don't close or lock in both rooms! There were bugs on one of the queen-size beds in my second room! The mold in the bathrooms was terrifying, especially when I'm so severely allergic to mold. It's a good thing I was barely ever in this hotel! The A/C works sometimes, but even when you turn it to continuous fan, it turns off occasionally. The television had to be used by pressing the buttons on the actual tv screen unit in both rooms; the remotes would not work. Batteries were fine. Half the outlets were busted in both rooms. Front desk staff - I am so mad about these people. The man I spoke to on the phone before booking my stay said there was a pool/hot tub at this location. THERE IS NOT. It was one of the main reasons I booked this location! When I checked in, I used my credit card. My grandmother joined me later, which is what prompted the room change, and she used her credit card because I didn't have mine on me at the time. But we expressly explained all the charges were to go to my already-on-file card. They said that was no problem. But what happens when I go to check out? They've charged my grandmother's card (which has no money, so I guess you're not getting paid?) and refuse to take my card for payment - which is both on file and right in front of them while I was trying to check out! The lady, who refused to give me her name, eventually called the manager. The manager also refused to give me her name and hung up on me, but I saw the name on the lady's personal cell phone that she used to call the manager. The manager's name is Diana Melendez. They talked about me in Spanish, like just because I'm White I don't speak Spanish. Ugh! Absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and that's really saying something considering the backwoods motels I've stayed in before.

Here are my comments: Advantages: - This Hotel is closed to the Willowbrook Mall. If you don have a car you could walk there. - Staff and Front desk personal are helpful and polite - They have a good free fast breakfast bar in mornings. - Have a comfortable indoors laundry area (I do not agree the charges to the customer for its use) - Clean in common areas. Disadvantages - This Hotel looks outdating, needs a general remodelation - They do not do the housekeeping all days. Only one day per week and you must remember to the front desk, cause they forget it. - When arrived my room has a smoke smelling - Does need a better maintenance - Some guests are rudes and not friendly. One night someones were fighting and screaming close to my room. - Continuous knockings near my room, I do not know why

Absolute WORST experience ever! First off, lobby reeks of cigarette smoke and this is a “nonsmoking” facility that has a $250 fine for smoking indoors. In addition, rooms smell of smoke and no matter how much you aerosolize the air, the smell remains! Carpet was filthy, leftover cereal, gummy candy, a bread crumbs found right next to nightstand, which make for the perfect snack for all the roaches that had to be killed during the night stay. The bathroom towels had hairs from previous guests and were not clean! Bed sheets also had hairs upon arrival. Bathroom door had a blood stain or ketchup stain! Booking.com called to ask for refund for the second night, and stated it could not be done. Overall, terrible experience and many health concerns present.

I stayed here for about a month and every week a new problem arose. The first problem my toilet wasn't flushing correctly so I called the front desk and they sent the maintenance man up ASAP which was great. Then the maintenance man discussed to me that the toilet needed to be replaced and they fixed it that day. However, the following week the brand new toilet started leaking everywhere so I talked to the front desk again and the immediately made a room change for me. Now I haven't even been in this room a whole week and I notice the fridge is leaking. I walk to the front desk and explain how I just got moved to a new room because my previous room had some thing broken and now this new room the fridge is leaking. So the manager came to my room and looked at the fridge and then looked in the room next to me and said that that fridge was leaking and it was running through the wall into my room and said a maintenance man will be there tomorrow to fix it. Came back and the fridge was "fixed" no visible leaks. Another week rolls around and the fridge starts to leak again. So I walk over to the front desk once again and explain that my fridge was leaking AGAIN and how this is getting very frustrating that everything keeps breaking. So the maintenance man just put some towels behind the fridge because a pipe busted in the wall so I was told this time. And I would have to be moved to another room again. Another thing is that my boyfriend dropped his keys in the parking lot and we looked for a whole day for them searching our cars, looking all over the parking lot, and all over the room. They were no were to be found. My boyfriend walked to the front desk and asked if anyone has found any keys and brought it to them and the lady had no idea what he was talking about and was trying to give him a room key instead and just said no keys no keys. The next morning I personally walked up there and asked if any keys where found and the younger lady said no and she would notify me if there were any keys found. I was never notified. So the following day we had an extra set of keys over nighted to the hotel and when he went to pick up the package oh there were they keys and they gave them him. Again, I was NEVER notified when I was told I would be. It was a waste of time and money to over night extra keys when they had his keys the whole time. Even though the staff was very quick to deal with issues they were not fixed in a proper way and where "quick fixes". I suggest not to stay here for a long time. Waste of money to have problems...

Some days no toilet paper. Moe was growing in the bathroom. Some days people were sleeping in the stairwell. Roaches , I paid $1520 for 30 days , price when up from $350 to 368 for the next 3 weeks. During that time my room was only cleaned twice, When it was stated the rooms would be cleaned once a week. IT WAS NOT SAFE, 2 Cars were broken into 1 car was stolen , another car loss tires & rims and was left sitting on bricks. Refrigerator starting leaking water and I lost my food after 2 days. The refrigerator was then replaced my telephone stopped working it had to be replaced my TV never was right so it had to be replaced. I overheard the manager telling someone to tell me that she was busy after i'd called so many problems.

Many days there was no breakfast item available, muffins were hidden behind the counter, they would give them to favorite peoples....I stayed from Aug. 22nd Thru Oct 19th 2023.

Employees were nice but the head Manager was uncaring and disregarding..

THE COFFEE WAS ALWAYS GREAT. ...But the after 6am service person , would Not replace the granola bars or muffins and stated they were all out When in fact she would save and give them to other peopleI was one of the people that she actually lied to more than once..... I am a senior citizen, over 71yrs old... I moved to Los Angeles California I booked online... I I stayed at a hotel in Los Angeles extended stay on supposed to boulevard which is why I chose to try the hotel again.... It was not a nice experience. And I was not treated properly after spending over $3000...

GIVEN QUEEN SIZE SHEETS and Covers FOR A...
