Absolutely awful I'm sorry, and I'm sorry about a really long review but yeah.they are super pricey for a place where the staff does not keep up with stuff.i went today and out of all the employees only one guy was helpful and nice and caring to my terrified kid.we came hoping my 5 year could enjoy fun but unfortunately he ended being terrified like bad cried horribly the entire time constantly going back in forth up and down to attempt the slides and I get that that's a personal problem for me but it just seems like staff does not care about how the place is ran or what goes on much.the one guy I mentioned gave advice on which is the slowest side, tried to influence him what way to slide even offer to buy him a slushie which I thought was wild but very nice that someone cared to tried to help a terrified struggling kid.and yeah I could have just walked out but it was so pricey over 100 for one kid and both parents so we were really try to give him the courage to have fun.we tried to take him to the small jungle gym area thing for smaller kids but we were told I couldn't go in it with him and every other existing place I've ever been to let's parents on with kids for safety issues.and the women's bathrooms lights were barely working I had to turn on a flash light in the stall for my kid, like was just dim only a portion had light, they have a massive pyramid shaped attraction in the middle of the building that's designated for just sitting cause it's things stacked it seems like and semi soft and they had tons of kids running up down and jumping and bouncing on it but it wasn't a bounce thing but yet not a single employee was near it.so again it's just a bunch of different things added up,seems like a safety hazard and the staff environment seems awful in multiple ways, they had people storming up and down knocking into each other on the stairs to and they are high/: same with some slides no employees monitoring aren't telling when to go and when to wait for next person I only heard one employee do this once so that a kid wouldn't hit another at one point I had about 7 or 8 small children skip me and they literally didn't give much time between each other going down, but no one hit each other surprisingly.dont get me wrong the place is cool look and it is a cool set up of slides but it's def overpriced even if those issues weren't present,I def only recommend,if you have kids that don't have issues like autism, nervous or bone issues, due to the jungle gym area,I can't leave my kid alone up there cause if he falls it'll break him...
Read moreThe slides were fun. The overall experience is another story.
I brought my son in for the "mother son date night" event. It was billed as a 2 hour event with an hour of slide time, dinner, dessert and arts & crafts. It was a total train wreck.
We arrived 5 min early to check in. Were given wristbands and then told to go into the back (the party area) turn left and go all the way as food (advertised pizza) would be served at 5. We go back there. There is NOTHING indicating a table to sit at or that there was an event. The event hosts at the event stand did not seem to even know what we were talking about when I asked what exactly was going on. Never got answers from them even though one of them went to find out more info. After about 10-15 min of waiting, we decided to go ahead and get a locker and play on the slides. We did most of them and noticed people were finally being fed so we went to join. We were offered a hot dog and a cookie. Not the advertised pizza. And frankly a cookie as "dessert" seems like an extreme, and disappointing understatement. No drinks were offered. Not even water. I made a trip to the "cafe" to grab us drinks. 7 paying customers in front of me took near 25 min before I could even get a drink. Once we got drinks, had some, placed them in the locker and went to do the slides some more, it was near 610 pm. The attendant at the top advised us that our time was up at 6. I explained everything that had happened and he allowed us one last slide and said he would talk to his manager about the situation.
Frankly at this point in was done. I was not about to turn a fun experience for my child into me arguing to grown adults because they offered a farce of an event that feels like a waste of time and money. Im grossly disappointed in the experience as a whole. If you are going to advertise a 2 hour event that includes 1 hour of play time, maybe be clear which hour the play time is. We were NOT advised at the time we checked in that our hour started at 5. Instead we were advised food and arts and crafts started at 5, leading me to believe that we're would have the 2nd hour to play. Oh, and the arts and crafts? Jumbo coloring book pages and dollar store wooden Easter egg cut outs.

Read moreDangerous, rudeness, aggressiveness and super bad experience with most of the staff. They have a little kids area and I was there today with my toddler daughter and I asked if I could join her in the area as there are some areas she might need help and they let me in and then I saw that there were 5-6 parents also inside as this is not for kids below 2, as they need help I thought, then she had to go to the bathroom and came back and the guy in the door started to yell at me as parents are not supposed to go in but extremely rude, to the point that he got very aggressive and other staff members had to calm him down. I asked why it was allowed before and and he got extremely aggressive and yelling, all in front of my toddler, there was a point I thought he was going to hit me, he just lost it, to the point that one staff member even asked for the officer who arrived armed with a gun to come closer, terrible experience in a kids place. I asked for the supervisor, she arrived, I explained the situation and she didn’t even apologize and just asked another staff member to grab his rude and aggressive staff member and took him to the back as he was still shouting and pointing at us. Then the general manager Nyree arrived, she didn’t even say hi and started asking her staff what happened and then I was going to explain her and she yelled at me also very aggressive and rude, she then shouted don’t talk to me and don’t even try to touch me, as I touch her shoulder to explain her what happened, super strange and again rude in front of my toddler. I just told her, I won’t bother to explain and left, unfortunately they ruined my daughter day and then before leaving the aggressive staff member was around us like following us, my wife, my 6 month old baby and my other son who was on the slides, so we left. Here is a photo where this guy even with his middle finger showed us the rules just before he started to become very aggressive and dangerous. Most of the staff is very rude, I also noticed after we left the toddler area that no one was supervising it and in general we felt really unsafe in a place which is meant for kids and joy. We will never come back again, the general manager and this staff member are really bad and should not be working in a place where kids safety and well should be...
