After our flight was delayed three times and eventually canceled my boyfriend and I had to get a room at the Marriott and decided to have lunch at Flights. To say we were unhappy and stressed about the situation would be an understatement, however, from the moment we sat down and got Patti as our waitress everything changed. Patti was by far one of the nicest, kindest, genuine and caring people I’ve ever met let alone had the pleasure of being served by. She asked our names, told us how long she’d be there and that even after our meal if there was anything she could do for us or get for us to let her know. She definitely went above and beyond and took the term “southern hospitality” to an entirely new level. If you ever eat at Flights, be sure to request Patti as your server, you WON’T regret...

Comically overpriced hotel restaurant.

Charcuterie / cheese board: "local cheese selection" is ice cold cubes of food service cheese in a pile. Charcuterie is also ice cold, and was some typical food service grade ham and salami. School lunch yellow mustard in a pool. 3 crostini. 26 bucks for this adult Lunchable.

Beers: 10 dollars for a couple of decent craft beers made served out of this dopey machine with proprietary glassware.

Service: Typical airport bar. Friendly, but not particularly attentive. No big.

You have no other choice if you're at the airport Marriott (which also, meh). Applebee's priced like a steakhouse. Bring...

Awful I ordered the Flight burger. The bread was either old or microwaved that it fell apart on the first bite. I was given 1/2 a tomato & apparently 1/2 the lettuce head. I ordered truffle fries. I got plain fries when I brought it to their attention I was given cheese & oil on the side. By then the fries were cold. I spoke to the manager who NEVER came to the table. My friend had to call him over he removed the burger off her bill but dismissed me. So here...

Pretty good for an airport hotel. Bartender was friendly and the bar was fairly lively. Service was quick and cold was good. Ravioli was an interesting twist. A little expensive? Yes, but you’re at a hotel inside an airport. This is kind of how it goes with such a place. You’re paying for the ability to not have to go anywhere and wake up in the morning and walk to your flight. Overall, good, and actually a lively spot on Friday night.
