When I purchased my living room set less than a year ago, I was told it would be in two weeks. The chair came in about 4 weeks. The sofa was over three months.They did pay for the sofa to be delivered and also gave me a life time warranty because of sll the problems. The next day I called and spoke to Brian about my sofa. I confirmed that it came from a warehouse and that I am feeling something moving the my new sofa. I have gone there in person to try to grt them to inspect it. I also called many many times without getting one return call. I spoke to the manage two weeks aho finally after leaving him do many messages. I have little, very little some kind of bug that has embetted under and around the sofa. I also got bit by something this past weekend. My left foot swelled and had a strange mark on my foot. I have done all I can do because I am very sick with a brain disease. And last Thursday my husband was told he has cancer and will have to start treatment soon. This has been all overwhelming for the both of us is sick. I am not going to call them back, well they dont return calls. I will file a civil suite against Huntsville Furniture Outlet. I just dont have the strength...

I was in desperate need of a new bed frame after my previous one broke due to incorrect assembly by a moving company. Not only did Peter, the owner, have a great selection of high-quality furniture, but the owner himself went the extra mile. I told him I couldn't lift the heavy mattress on my own, he personally came to my home and helped assemble the bed frame at no extra cost. This kind of generosity is rare and greatly appreciated.
