I have never Been to this place in my life, was asked to go for a family member who is dying currently , and wanted fresh regular donuts, and raspberry filled, blueberry, cake batter and strawberry with sprinkles assortment . 3 days in a row and twice today, they had not one single original this morning, and not any one of the others this morning , the morning before that, and not gonna be any for two hours. Told me to come back and they will have the others this afternoon, came back and a big fat nope!! What a great legacy going straight in the crapper, due to everyone passing the buck thinking it will get done, sadly it won't, because of its pitiful excuse for management, pitiful excuses for members of society doing as little as they can , getting over paid for being a worthless employee. Great job on not ordering what you sell, great job on not posting it to your menu board, great job on ruining on all my experiences, and the lady at the register with the short hair, if you keep the mentality that , "I'm just the cashier." When asked who runs this place, and you can't even tell me the person's name who is in charge????!!! We got a ship with no captain, at sail with futile means of ever getting anywhere in life. You will all end up being what choose to be now, worthless none productive members of a world ran by morons. How about the thought that a person is dying and all they wanted was some donuts, some fresh ones, that blood is on your hands not so Krispy cream. Worst experience ever. Man you guys should be ashamed , sad part is the reality of it all is you more than likely have the ingredients to make it, just too lazy to clean a bakers bag, or it's a little complicated. Worthless managers, either get competent help , or fire yourself and get the gm to come clean house and cut the cord, even if it needs shutting down a few weeks , it would be worth it to have consistency making donuts at a place supposing to exclusively make...

You said: I order a 24 count of original glazed dots and a raspberry filled doughnut online for pickup. When I got to the store she went to the back to fill the order instead of using the doughnuts at front. The raspberry filled was cold and stale and the dots were hard and stale and you could tell they had been sitting for awhile. I was deeply disappointed with my order ChatGPT said: That sounds really frustrating, especially when you were expecting fresh doughnuts. If you haven’t already, you might want to reach out to the store or customer service to let them know about your experience. Many places are willing to make things right, whether it’s a refund, replacement, or at least an acknowledgment of the issue.
Would you like help drafting a message or figuring out the best way to approach it?

I was really looking forward to my order, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I placed an online order for a 24-count of Original Glazed Dots and a Raspberry Filled doughnut for pickup. When I arrived, the employee went to the back to fill my order instead of using the fresh doughnuts that were available in the front.
When I got home, I realized that both the Raspberry Filled doughnut and the Glazed Dots were cold, stale, and hard, as if they had been sitting out for a long time. It was clear they weren’t fresh, which was really disappointing considering Krispy Kreme is known for its soft, warm, and delicious doughnuts.
I expected better quality, especially from an online order that should have been prepared with care. I hope the store improves its process for online pickups so customers receive the same fresh products as those who...
Read moreI placed an online order on Wednesday, March 26th for an original glazed dozen and a Chocomania dozen. This order was placed around 12:35pm to be picked up at 5:30pm. Upon arriving to the facility, there was a sign on the door that stated Drive thru only. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building into the street. I had to wait in that line for over an hour to receive a mobile order that was placed way in advance. Not only did I have to wait for over an hour, meaning I did not receive my order until 7:02pm, they also did not have my order ready and I was told the only Chocomania donuts left were the salted caramel cream filled ones. I was then told if I wanted a refund I would have to wait longer because the cashier stated she was the only one who was working even though I saw about 4-5 other individuals in the building with Krispy Kreme uniforms on talking and laughing in the back. I did not have time to wait because, due to being stuck in line, I missed the event the donuts were for in the first place. I had to settle for a box of whatever she had left that was chocolate. If the store members knew they were short staffed or not allowing people inside then they should not have taken mobile orders to begin with. This was the worst experience I have had here and I will not be purchasing anything from this Krispy Kreme again. This was such a disappointing and frustrating experience. I had to explain to the event host that the reason I missed the special event was due to the negligence of this location not truly preparing mobile orders ahead of time and being stuck in a ridiculously long line that was barely inching forward. 0/10 would...
