Krystal — Restaurant in Huntsville

Employees are very rude... After placing my order in the drive-thru I was asked to park in a parking spot to wait on my order, which was not a problem. While waiting myself and kids needed to use the restroom so we git out of the car to go inside, there was a big sign in one of the windows by the door that said dine in open and the front door was unlocked. When I walked in and to the young lady we were just using the bathroom she said in a rude voice dining is closed,I asked well why does you sign say it's open and the door is clearly unlocked she call for a someone to come the front, who I believe was a manager or supervisor, she looks at me and walks off and doesn't say anything and the whole shift seem to have a attitude when we asked to use restroom. We we received our food the bottom of the bag had a large grease stain on it and the bag looked old.

If customer spends money inside your business they should receive the upmost respect especially when they treat the employees with the same level of respect...

I will never recommend this location to anyone! I went through the drive-thru there was one car ahead of me two cars in the parking lot total, employees and everything Andy still too 30 minutes for me to get a sackful combo. And if that was not bad enough, the manager of all employees looked at me like I was problematic when I voiced my concern on taking so long. She did not offer a apology a discount a nothing! I will never return to this..... EVER!

👀 UPDATE 👀 Unfortunately I ended up back at this pathetic location. I had to wait in drive thru a total of 35 minutes for 10 Krystal's, which were suppose to be special made, NO PICKLES (I'm ALLERGIC) and ADD cheese. Well 35 minutes later when I finally got my food, the employee that brought it to the car was 1 of only 2 employed working last night. He ASSURED ME, NO PICKLES, and they ALL WERE JUST THE OPPOSITE! His little attitude and joke could have killed me. I hope there is A SPECIAL PLACE IN HELL FOR HIM & THE USELESS WONDER...
