I gave this place only two stars because the first couple days I went , the employees were really nice and made an effort to get our orders right. However on Sunday, my sister (who is also a Starbucks partner and shift supervisor ) and I went in to get some drinks before our drive back home. Some girl with a blonde ponytail was mopping the floor and began to take our order like she was irritated. I began my order separately and afterwards I wanted to use my sisters numbers . (Which I do everyday of the week) even though my sister was standing next to me she wouldn't let me use them because of Starbucks "policy." So my sister recited the numbers but I could still pay for the drinks. My mom tried to use the numbers too unaware that this girl was already being rude, and the girl went on a long rant how she's not going to lose her job because we want to use the partner numbers and it's company policy or whatever. And my mom told her "it's okay we don't won't you to lose your job either " and " we're just saying you're the only one who enforces that policy" because no other Starbucks in America does. (I travel a lot) if this is Starbucks policy, how about enforcing across the nation not just at one store that will only enforce when some bitter girl is...
Read moreJust disable the mobile ordering ability for this store as it gives the false sense that you can plan ahead. I've slowly been ordering farther and farther ahead, but I still have a long wait at the store. I ordered 20 minutes ahead today, and still had to wait an additional 20 minute wait when I arrived. I have no problem with the employees, or the quality of the food and drink, as they are doing the best they can. But Starbucks can control the customer experience. The drive-through is always the fastest way of getting your items. Mobile ordering is very convenient, but it's just not working for this location. Please remove mobile ordering as there is no way to know how far ahead you need to order. The drive-through experience is just fine and you'll always have a good idea how long you'll be in line. I used to be able to pickup my mobile orders like clockwork, but in recent months either business has more than doubled for this location, or COVID related issues are causing significant delays. Makes for a bad customer experience... I don't need to spend this kind of money for coffee, so am not compelled to keep visiting a business where the experience is always...
Read moreThe Coffee was decent, which gained a 1 star; The service was awful. I told a new female employee with short blue hair my normal order; however, she tried to charge me OVER double of what I normally pay for. Furthermore, as I was waiting in line, I overheard a customer tell an employee he wanted a large after an employee gave him a medium coffee. Her response to the customer was: well, I didn't hear you specify a size, so I gave you the grande (with a strong attitude) . First, she should not have talked to the customer like this. She should've politely told him that she would happily remake his order. So finally, they remade his order. This employee ( with short blue hair) should have asked the customer the size and not assume peoples orders. I hope this Starbucks location educates their employees better before they start working the register and start messing up peoples order. Not to mention when I went to order something else, she told one of the employees: I DON'T LIKE THIS CUSOMER (as she came to take my order!!!). I will not be coming to this location again, as this rude employee has completely ruined the experience for me, as well as...
