Not a single positive experience here which was extremely disappointing after the anticipation of it opening.
We walked in where there are 4 registers facing the guests, We walk to the third one over and the lady looks at us then turns sideways the talk to the girl next to her. I interrupt and ask if they are taking orders and she said no this is the drive through register and went back to talking. No signage letting anyone know and the employees have zero communication skills.
We go to the line to the far right, and aren't greeted, and the girl doesn't care to tell us how things work, etc. We ask for an assorted dozen, my husband pics his 6 first and when it comes to my turn i ask for 3 sprinkles and she asks which one. Mind you there is a girl standing right in front of them so I have no clue what she's asking, so I ask her what do you mean which ones, rather than giving me options she just asks me which ones. I have to stand there and wait as she stared at me until the other employee moved. I tell her while we wait I would take 3 of the cream filled rolls and she tells me those aren't allowed in a dozen what else do I want. She doesn't tell me the options for the rolls, can you get a separate half dozen, are they per roll? How do I order them then? At this point I was just ready to get out so I told her to just keep my husbands order as a half dozen and I would take 2 of the rolls. She once again asks which ones. Well there is only one on the shelf labeled cream roll so let's reword the question to make sense to a first time customer. She tells me there is regular cream, or bulvarian cream so I told her I wanted regular cream. She stops making the order to take the half dozen donuts out of the dozen box, and move them to a small box to throw the big box away (what a wasteful operation), when she could have just asked if we wanted the rolls in the same box. Anyways she goes over and puts the rolls in their own individual boxes and comes to sit them on the counter. She tells another girl that has walked up that we got a half dozen and 2 bulvarian cream rolls. I told her nope, I asked for the regular ones and she huffs and the new girl apologizes and offers to fix it while the girl I've been working with is doing nothing but giving attitude. I told her cancel my entire order, I would just take my husbands half dozen. She then turns to the man next to her for his log in and he tells her again to use her code and hit start shift and it would be okay. Anyways, he logged in so I don't have this employees name, but this was a bad enough experience we wouldn't give them another chance.
No customer service skills, and employees who obviously knows the menu as well as first...
Read moreMy first time visiting you, I came in around 520pm today. You appeared to be fully staffed with at least five employees upfront and more in the back. There was only one customer with two orders at the time I came in. No one greeted me or acknowledged me. Other than the clerk that was handling the customer everyone else was just chatting. After I walked up and caught someone's attention was I waited on and then told" I am new... I don't know where the keys are on the register". I am fine with someone being new and learning....But being friendly is the key. Nothing I ordered was right when I got to the car, plus I asked for a bottle of water and was told, We don't carry water do you want coffee! Not a good first impression. When I went back in, there was a lady that was trying to get her order fixed That was not correct... I just took what I got and left.Did not want to wait an additional 10 minutes. Someone in my opinion should be assigned at the front to welcome the customers when the door opens.... Have a member of management or team lead at the front So when a cashier gets stuck, they are immediately there to assist them So that the process is smooth for...
Read moreTried ordering via the app but wasn't able, no worries. Go inside and wait in a fairly fast moving line. The two women manning the front register were nice until it was my turn to order and they both disappeared. I stood and waited while someone else asked if I'd been helped and assisted me with my order right up to the point of entering the transaction into the POS. One of the young ladies came back and offered to help the people behind me and when I pointed out I was in line she was snippy about someone else helping me. The other young lady came back and rung in my order but the niceness I'd witnessed for everyone else didn't seem to available for me. She couldn't even be bothered to tell me my total.
I presume this is new restaurant growing pains and it will get better. The food WAS THE STAR and redeemer of the experience 😋 I had a kolache and a do-nut and OMG the price and the quality were so worth it!!!!! I recommend the food highly but I hope those two young ladies receive...
