Wow. They even fabricate Google reviews. When we moved we had roaches pour out of our belongins. Gross doesn't even cover it. The lacy bayer review is fake. They even spelled her name wrong. I'll post photos of her real name minus personal info via fb. We're friends and she never had her kid there and safe isn't the first word to come to mind. The Ms. Yetta Jones review is completely fake. There isnt a single room with either a window in the bathroom, an oven, and a stove. The rooms were never carpeted during nt stay (around ten months) she posted fake pics to go with her fake review. Why would anyone post fake pics unless you're going to profit financially into a form of false advertisement? Its crawling with crackheads and cops. They changed the rooms to non smoking during my stay and I couldnt walk outside at night without strangers trying to find drugs or a hooker. Fun stuff. The wifi worked about 50% of the time and never in the 10 months I was there did wifi ever work in any of the rooms in the back, ask anyone who stays there. The "Jacuzzi" tubs aren't worth it. Its a tub with a couple jets and a ton of cigarette burns. Thats it. Most of the security cameras don't work, so if your room or car gets broken in to, good luck. Any review rated five is most likely fabricated in my opinion. I know for a fact Lacey Bayer didnt review this because I was there when the review came out and called and asked her, that coupled with Ms. Yetta Jones make one wonder. Also the toilet flooded my room during my stay at about 9pm and I couldn't get anyone to help till the office opened at which point the entire room was completely flooded. It took me, yes me, not staff, two hours and a shop vac to dry a tiled floor. I lost several books and photo albums before we noticed the leak. So they definitely stay right on top of repairs.....If you get lockked out better hope its during business hours, we had to let a friend sleep on our couch after being locked out at around 9pm, Pam was going to let him sleep outside the room he paid for. This happened to two people I know of during my stay. You will also be charged if you get locked out during normal business hours. Really caring and friendly right? There are no telephones in the rooms which is odd for a motel. I'd have rated it a two because it is the second cheapest place to stay per week in Huntsville except the fake reviews kinda ticked me off. If you'd like good reviews, you should run a good...

Well I guess it's alright... It was a little dirty after they said they cleaned it before we got in and the only reason I know this is I let my daughter crawl around BECAUSE they said it was just cleaned just freshen it up and she was dirty instantly but the staff are nice and it doesn't feel like university inside my room. At night you see tricks yes I said tricks just looking for their next dollar. There are drugs and chaos but I got the nicest room which I paid a lot more for too. I love the room no roaches or bed bugs it has nice jacuzzi tub lacks a stove I guess which was a big downfall for me but it's pretty quiet inside my room and outside for the most part. Freaks come out at night is a true saying. You can hear some arguments but not very many. Pam is very sweet as is her daughter I do not think it was worth the 281 we paid but its 250 a week for the room and to be away from drama and all the hooblah it was a fair price. Next to the office which is nice. It was honestly the nicest room and I never had any trouble there is one lady who cleans and she's pretty nice always speaks when she sees you. Nice people are located near my room spoke when passing. I guess for the price and the type of room I had I honestly can't complain. Moving into my new house now and my week is up just need til Monday and I will be gone I'm about to pay for two nights not sure how much that will be but I don't mind staying there at all.... first would like to start off that the room was disgusting as soon as we walked in. roaches crawling everywhere on the floor and walls...EVEN ON THE BED SHEETS!!! and dead ones on the ground. it was very obvious that that room WASN'T cleaned properly. they have bed bugs and made it sound like it was our fault. they didnt even have a bed cover on the mattress until we complained. also said we have to pay to wash the sheets we didn't even sleep on. in the bathroom the toilet doesn't flush and the shower barely works. the workers in the front office are VERY rude. not even 24 hours after arriving I had to sweep and mop the floors because it looked so nasty. the sink in the front room was a mess, old crumbs and dried up juice was on the counters, and didn't even have a tv remote . in the guidlines it clearly states we get 1 free toilet paper and trash bag. gave us neither and when we asked they accused us of lying. TERRIBLE place to spend your money on. might as well go to the homeless shelter. Next door (budget inn) is so much nicer. didn't see a single bug, came here and felt disgusted... oh and no refunds or even...
