I ordered a Beef Mexican Pizza at this location 8-21-24. After I left, I started eating while I was driving because I had lots of things to do and couldn't stop for a break. I also ordered for my children. While eating, I noticed that something didn't taste right about the Mexican Pizza. It tasted like Old Oil, and the meat tasted like it was OLD. I started gagging while I was driving and had to pull over with my daughter in the backseat. I drove back to the Location and told them that the Mexican Pizza tasted like it was OLD and the meat was not Fresh. I was told by the manager that they didn't cook the meat and that it comes to their store already pre- cooked and packaged and they just heat it up. YUCK🤢 AND GROSS🤮I wished I would have known sooner. The employee that worked the register that evening had an attitude when I came back in with my order, she started complaining about the fact that their were only 3 people working and folks needed to be patient or go someplace else. I assumed she was talking about me because she looked directly at me while she was saying it. That isn't my problem, I was being patient, I just wanted my money back because my food didn't taste Right. I turned the Whole order back in including what I ordered for my children. The manager said that she couldn't give me my money back because I had already eaten half of the pizza. I told her that I also vomited it back up and had gotten sick from it. She said that she needed to call her Head Manager in order to give me my refund back. I said that was Fine and that I would wait. I don't Think she even gave me my money back because I didn't recieve any confirmation on my email or from my card company that my money had been returned. It's ok! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I don't normally order from fast food chains but I did this night because I wouldn't have had time to cook anything so I grabbed a quick meal. This Location needs better Customer Service and Better Quality Foods that aren't OUTDATED and EMPLOYEES/ MANAGERS THAT WILL DO THEIR JOB RIGHT instead of complaining in front of the customers. The store wasn't even crowded that night, she got pissed off when I came back to complain about the food. That was very rude of the manager saying that she couldn't give me my money back. I had my Dang RECEIPT and the other food that I ordered for my children wasn't Touched. I returned their order back also because if my food tasted like Crap, then theirs did too especially coming from the same location.
PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, GAS OR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEPLACE ELSE. This is why I always COOK my OWN Food.... Can't Trust These Fast Food Chains or for better words.... the Folks that are running it.....

Read moreCame around 2am and was told they were out of meat and it would be 5 min to make more. I was asked if I was willing to wait and said yes. So they told me to pull to the front and they'd let me know when to come back through, without taking my order.
Sat out front for 10 min while other cars got food and more cars went through the drive through before I pulled back around in the drive through. I watched one car that pulled up after me receive an order around this time.
When I got to the box I was told they were completely out of meat and would be closing early. At this point it was about 2:20.
Now not only was I irritated that they didn't just take my order and have me wait until it was ready to receive, but they never let me know when it was ok to start and then sold out everything they made apparently.
Turns out two cars ahead of me was the last person to get food, despite my having been waiting for almost half an hour and this car came while I was still waiting to be told it was okay to come back through.
THEN on top of it all, instead of pulling that last person around like they do everyone else, they sat that person at the window so everyone behind was stuck in line despite not being able to order. I waited about 10 min just to get out of the line while watching someone else get food after having showed up after me because apparently people didn't know how to use common sense tonight. Mind you at this hour of the morning, there are not many options open and wasting time not able to get out to go somewhere else before they close is even more infuriating.
So, I'm pretty ticked off and I'm likely not going to return to this location based off this. I usually only come here because the one closer to me closes a little earlier but man I guess Checkers and McDonald's will...
Read moreThis location has the worst service I've ever seen at a fast food restaurant. They hardly ever greet with a smile, or sometimes even greet at all. Half the time, the cashiers don't even make any eye contact whatsoever when I approach the counter, and I can't even tell if they're paying attention. When speaking with the cashiers, they have an attitude like they don't want to talk to you.
The wait times have been absolutely horrible. Previously, I've had to wait 20 minutes for my order, albeit it was a busy time at noon. But recently, I made an order in-store and it took over 31 minutes, timed using the receipt. Several of the people after me already received their orders and were almost done eating. It would have taken even longer if I had not approached them to tell them about it. Somehow, they completely skipped my order. Note that this was during a down time (4 PM), and there were no more than 5 people in the restaurant (with me being the first to order) and hardly any drive-through orders. There is absolutely no excuse for them to take 30+ minutes for something as simple as nachos, and with so few orders. They then finally made my order, but incorrectly, so they had to fix it. After all this, they had the audacity to not apologize for anything at all. Even Arby's has the "Make It Right" program where, if an order takes too long, they give you a voucher for a full meal and have the decency to apologize. It has never taken the Arby's on University Drive more than 15 minutes for an order, but this has happened multiple times at this absolutely...
