I just came through the drive-thru (check 30248) and once again received a sweet tea when I ordered an unsweet tea. I am adamant to clearly state that with my order, but about 40% of the time, your workers give me sweet tea. And since you don't provide drinks or straws before giving me my order, nor do your workers confirm my tea order, I usually don't find this out until after I leave the drive-thru.
Teach your employees to listen and confirm drink orders for people who don't want their tea polluted with 5lbs of sugar. PLEASE!
I used to rave about you and support your business multiple times per week, but I am sick of your carelessness. I rate you 2 out of 5 stars....primarily because of this.
Get it together, Bojangles! Maybe you will retain more loyal customers.
UPDATE: 01/14/21 Check #30395
Okay, so this is definitely not the first time my order has been incorrect since initially posting this review over 4 months ago. I live less than a mile from this place and have frequented it weekly for nearly 10 years. It stops today.
Order accuracy used to be 100%. Then a few years ago, they started slipping. Now, presently, at least 50% of my orders are incorrect....get sweet tea instead of unsweet tea, get a cajun filet sandwhich instead of the cajun filet club sandwich, get 3 tenders in a 4 tender snack box.
I am a very forgiving person until I reach a point where I have witnessed and experienced multiple accounts of gross incompetence. I am sick of it, Bojangles. Your establishment on University Drive in Huntsville has become a joke and by far the most incompetent Bojangles of the several I have visited around the south.
Patrons, if you like to gamble with your food, time, and energy, go here. If not, I recommend avoiding it, or at the very least, checking 100% of your order for accuracy before driving away.
Update 02/23/22: I freakin' swear....I must be a glutton for punishment. I come into town for one night, run through the drive thru, and my order is missing sauce and no straw. Just about every other Bojangles I've visited gets it right. But this one...THIS Bojangles, continues being consistent in getting orders wrong. What a sad representation this store is of an otherwise decent brand. University Drive Bojangles is the worst of all the locations. Popeyes and Chick-fil-a are each about a half mile in opposite directions. Do yourself a favor and visit...
Read moreI have visited many Bojangles restaurants with family, friends and business associates. I have always received terrific service and great food until my visit to this Huntsville location on March 2, 2019. The food was still great, the young Man that took our order was very pleasant and listened well..... but Surprisingly!!!! the good record of service was crushed by the Supervisor/Manager who took issue with my request for shredded cheese in our eggs instead of american. ( I did notify the young Man that I have allergic reactions to processed American cheese products when the young lady replied to my request in the following manner.... " We dont do that! ....If it's not on the menu, we dont sell it!..... and We're too busy for that " I noticed that the shredded cheese was easily within reach and took no extra preparation. So what was really her problem with accommodating my simple dietary need? The other employees seemed as perplexed as I was with her disdain and disrespect. Perhaps no one had ever requested that, perhaps she didnt believe it was a legitimate medical concern, perhaps she simply forgot that Customer Service begins and ends with "Serving your Customers".... It's a very simple concept. I pray that someone in ownership or upper management or Corporate has a conversation with this young lady. I have occasionally received poor service at establishments. But never from Bojangles and never from a management figure. Finally, the food was terrific and the other employees did there best to minimize the damage, but I will be sending a message to my friends, family and associates about...
Read moreThe heavy set manger working the front cash Nov. 12, 2022 during the 9am hour needs to go back to training. You made people wait in line before taking their order for over 7 minutes. Then made me wait almost 20 minutes to get a chicken biscuit y’all already had made and Bo Rounds. I waited on my food because you were talking to a woman about a job. Touched applications from several people, her dirty IDs and money…then touched people’s food with his bare hands. I understand it was busy but what happened to the days of please and thank you?! If you want to blame it on the shortage of staff…I counted at least 6 or maybe 7 people working and not one person could help expedite? It’s called team work and customer service! Side note…not everyone is off on Saturdays and my hour break should not be used to go 5 minutes up the street to get a biscuit because of the lack of caring for your customers. If you don’t like customers…come join me throwing boxes at 3am for 12...
