I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Red Roof Inn, and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. After a dreadful experience at another property in Dallas, I was desperate for a place where I could finally get some rest. Thankfully, I found this gem!

The property itself is new, quiet, and impeccably maintained. The fresh, clean scent of the building welcomes you as soon as you walk through the doors and continues throughout the halls and into the rooms. Speaking of rooms, they are spotless and well-kept. No bugs in sight, which gave me the peace of mind I desperately needed.

The location is perfect. Right off the freeway and close to gas stations and restaurants, making it convenient for travelers. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the staff, especially Sam at the front desk. Sam was nothing short of amazing. He was empathetic, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Understanding my situation, Sam prioritized getting a room cleaned as quickly as possible so I could check in early. His help made all the difference after my previous ordeal.

Reserved via phone great customer service, CDL A discount was a plus. There was a lack of communication of information regarding truck parking via phone and in person. Via phone stated to semi truck/tractor only spaces at this location and did not mention a fee. Upon arrival/check-in was informed there's a fee (cause they rent the truck parking space) and location is off lot (no sure where maybe next door on th or dirt lot) and no designated tractor parking. King room, kinda small compared to other locations I've been to but clean, smelled clean and my socks did not get dirty, so clean floors!!!. I do suggest giving the shower crevices some extra attention, I can't tell if it's mold or build up but it definitely takes away from the cleanliness of the rest of the bathroom. Microwave and fridge in room. In the lobby they do have coffee all day. The vending were low on product the ice cream machine appeared empty. There's 3 floors one elevator. One washer/dryer, the vending machine has laundry those individual boxes of laundry soap. They have indoor/outdoor surveillance. I give the hotel itself a 4. This is an awesome place, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is phenomenal from the manager, who is extremely pleasant and very willing to go the extra mile for anyone. It is relatively new place with the most up to date features, even having a slot next to the door where the key card is kept to prevent its loss. The lobby is quite comfortable. The halls are spotless and the parking lot is spacious the grounds are well tended. All in all its a home away from home. I stayed for at least a week and the rates are extremely reasonable. There is a car wash right across the road and a convenience store within walking distance. There are several nearby restaurants and fast food establishments well within a mile. You are less than a mile South of I-20 in Dallas on I-40 and the traffic is very reasonable even during rush hour.
