Chicaly Ice cream — Restaurant in Hutchins

I wanted to be specific.. that it is the ice cream place that is run by teenagers, I don’t know if they are family, but they have one girl that is really rude!! I had to give her a piece of my mind today, I even asked for my money back. I’d rather run to the grocery store and purchase a whole watermelon for $5 than to be treated like that for a small amount for $8. It’s people like that, that make them lose business. Poor service. Every time we come here , the ladys that work the counter are slow, we have to repeat the order multiple times for them to understand . We have lived here for 2 years and its been bad customer service every time. All they speak is Spanish. How you work in an establishment where dont know a lick of English.
