This place deserves ZERO stars. Jack needs to just pull this places franchise and sell it to someone else. Hardly anyone can speak English, they are constantly out of stuff, they close early all the time, just random hours. You may pull up and there won't even be employee vehicles in the parking lot to even PRETEND to be open. They don't know what to do with app/mobile orders or how to change their availability when they do close early or are out of stock on something. I've seen Doordash people pull up to pick up orders and they are closed. If you do catch them open and try to get a refund for an order from when they were supposed to be open, they act like you are the problem, and just tell you to come back when the mysterious "main" manager makes their 5 second weekly visit. Literally the WORST Jack In The Box I've been to, and I've been to PLENTY. Just absurd. Just saw I left a review before, and I see several other people have complained about the same thing for several months. You talk a good corporate response game, but I've contacted the email you put in the response, and haven't been reached out to, and obviously nothing has changed at the location. What gives?? I am not sure what her problem is but she is rude and seems to have an attitude every time. I have done nothing, I am a regular so I’m sure she knows my voice and stuff. It’s like every time I try to order at the window it’s just aggressive. I can not help it if you didn’t hear me and I repeat myself nicely and I have no problems repeating something but why get mad at me? I don’t get it. Just today I ordered a Oreo shake and I asked for a medium and she said regular so I said medium again and she said we only have regular or large. So I get a regular and I said no whip cream or cherry two times just to be sure and I ended up getting whip cream anyway and I felt like it was done on purpose. Young man gave him extra dollar to purchase tacos to get the deal the young male cashier so caught up in dollar exchange he decided to ring up the order without the cowboy deal. Well he argued with me and the manager they charged $4. For 6 tacos without the special and told me I would have to purchase something else to get the cowboy touch down in 1st quarter free jumboo Jack deal. I said give me my damn money back and man get give me my tacos back . Being a previous employer as one my first jobs I was disappointed because I New the manager could if adjusted due to cashierr error.instead both did not service properly and my nephew disappointed so I gave him my cowboy special and list my appetite.
