La Mancha Coffee & Tea — Restaurant in Hutchins

It’s called coffee and tea but they don’t sell coffee or any coffee drinks for that matter. We ordered two taxmex( not sure how they spelled it) hotdogs and two classic hotdogs. Pictures and description were wonderful but food itself was horrible. One would think it’s a hotdog how can it be terrible. So for taxmax they were out of salsa and other ingredients so they cut some avocado and tomato and topped our hotdogs with that. Which was actually the only part we ate. My kids classic hotdogs were supposed to be served with ketchup and mustard instead they were served with mayo and my kids do not eat mayo. When i asked about mayo and that it was not on the menu( otherwise i would asked to skip it) she said “i always put mayo on hotdogs” and then she offered me some napkins to wipe mayo off the hotdogs. Plus hotdogs and the buns were room temperature, they were not grilled, boiled or roasted they had no signs of thermal processing. We stopped by here by chance for coffee on a road trip. The lady at the front desk who was serving us was very polite and patient in explaining us the various coffees and teas they had. She even gave us a sampler to taste one of their gourmet coffees before we purchased anything. Their coffee is absolutely delicious and they have some unique varieties that I have not come across elsewhere. Would highly recommend their seasonal drinks. They also have games that kids can play. The place is clean and tidy. It has a fun atmosphere. It is a great stop if you're driving between Houston and Dallas, just a small detour off...
