The Parc at Ingleside Apartments — Local services in Ingleside

Been here two months…maintenance and billing is terrible. Shower valve and bathroom faucet have low water pressure and shower valve does not control temperature. Submitted maintenance requests and it took them 3 weeks just to come look at it. Maintenance did nothing to fix low water pressure and “tightened” shower valve with no improvement. Asked management if I could hire a professional plumber and they said it would not be approved.

As for billing, the convenience fee to pay your rent utilizing their online portal costs upwards of $42 so I opted to go get money orders to pay the rent.

Hit a snag with transferring one of my accounts with Ambit Energy and the utility company dropped the ball and did not transfer the electric. When going into the online portal to pay rent it showed $0 owed 4/29/2024. Got a phone call from management 5/2 saying I had an electric bill for around $25. The Parc charges a $50 utility handling fee and then if not paid by 5/3, wanted to charge an additional $75 fee plus $10/day!

Wow, this management does not care about maintenance nor how much they will screw you over on fees for poor...

My review is long overdue and I wanted to take the time to finally let people know what I think about Parc at Ingleside. The property is well-kept and beautiful. The staff, Vanessa and Belinda, are very professional and friendly. I moved in around June 2022 and I don't regret it. Vanessa made the application process smooth and seamless. The maintenance personnel are very friendly and always provides service with a smile. With that being said, I do have an issue with my kitchen sink right now. My water is not flowing out properly so I can't use the dishwasher or get hot water from my kitchen sink and it's understandable that sometimes properties do have issues. So, maintenance came by and saw what the problem was and ordered a part to fix it so I will be posting an update on how that was handled and resolved later. I give them a •TEN• LOVE this place! From the moment we stepped foot in these doors, we have been treated like Family from Vanessa and not just another filled apartment. She knows us by name and is just the sweetest. They go above and beyond to help in any way! Apartments are very nice and homey! Management here is top notch! Nothing like I’ve ever experienced at other complexes! Belinda is the best! Can’t end without mentioning the maintenance! Always there for ya! Oh and, we truly enjoy all the activities they have here, from Holiday goodies, banana splits, raffles, goodies in the fridge after playing at the playground/pool and the yummy yummy coffee! ;) Thank y’all so much...
