Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Ingleside

After googling the reviews and a friend highly recommending I go to the Ingleside Metro ( I live in A.P. only 5 blocks from the Metro Store) I decided to give it a try. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by Laura who immediately welcomed me into the store. As I was approaching the counter, Stephanie asked how I was doing and how she could help me. Right then and there I knew I was in the right place. This young woman made me feel like I was the most important person in the world. Not only was she very knowledgeable she was also able to quickly assess my needs and get me the exact phone I needed. After making my purchase, she sets up the number to the phone I see her get a bag and put the box and phone in it and I was like “your done”???? Every provider I have ever been to have taken between 2-4 hours. Hands down this is the best experience I have ever had in all the 27 years that I’ve had cellular service. went today around 3pm and “sahil”helped me i believe. i went in for a simple service problem. after putting in a new sim card. my phone number was no longer connected to my phone and he failed to realize. when i asked for him to look at it again he kept sighing , suckimg his teeth and gave a very much “over it” attitude. he even asked ME to look up the “network reset settings” on my phone while he watched videos on his. when i couldn't find it , again another annoyed sigh and attitude. when i started getting annoyed he even raised his voice back at me. when i decided to leave and have him undo his service after he told me to just buy a new one completely and it “wasnt his problem” he held my phone and waved it in my face repeating. “ see maam? your service dosent work again?” “ see maam ? dosent work. wont work”. i left feeling like the stupid one, even though this guy couldnt activate a...

Friendly staff but unfortunately they do not listen to their customers to well. After visiting their shop I had to spend more time to call the main customer service to straighten everything out. Also no transparency on what they are charging you and they do not provide you with a recipient. Also don't understand the accessories cause on associate told me it came with the phones rhen another one was trying to charge and upsell me them. Be careful and make sure to check your account when you leave this store for price gouging or wrong plan they will try...
