So today me and my boyfriend went to get breakfast. We ordered 1 iced Cin Carmel apple latte and one hot, one blueberry muffin, one pumpkin spice muffin, and two everything breakfast croissant sandwiches. We repeated and went over our order with the drive through worker many times. When we got to the window she handed us our muffins and one sandwich. Then we sat there waiting for the rest of our stuff. She opened the window and rudely asked “Um what are you waiting for?” We told her what we were missing. Then some other worker came and said “is it not in that bag?” We told her no we only got one sandwich and we’re waiting for our drinks still. They said they only charged us for one sandwich, but we went over our order many times and made it clear in the drive through. Then we got our second sandwich and she got our drinks. But she got two hot lattes. My boyfriend told her no we ordered and iced latte and a hot latte. So she threw away both hot lattes and got us two cold lattes. Read moreI waited behind 1 vehicle for over 16 minutes in the drive thru! I only ordered 2 cups of coffee and was on a serious time limit. Of course when I get to the window I’m frustrated. Instead of getting an apology I got excuses that she was training 3 ppl and that I ONLY waited for 4 minutes (since I ordered)… WELL EVEN 4 minutes is way too long when you expect a certain type of customer service which was not present. She even acted as if she was going to hold my coffee that I waited extremely long and not serve it to me! Absolutely disgusting customer service!! You’re there to do a job not justify why the job is not getting done properly! It’s slow every single time I stop there. It’s a drive through ppl!! Fast service is expected!! Not even an apology!!!! Read moreI still would give them 5 stars. Though I must admit it is hard to get an entirely correct order lately. But given that it is probably the fastest pace "Fast Food" place in town to work; I can be a bit forgiving. Yep, still love my Tim Hortons. UPDATE: WOW! Has this place gone down hill! Problems on several occasions. We asked for our muffins to be double toasted only to be told that they always are double toasted. We said no they are not because we've had them both ways only to be told again "yes they are". Another time I was in a hurry, I ordered an ice capp with almond milk because I am allergic to milk, they handed me an ice capp made with cream. I told her that is not right, she told me "yes it is" and then told me to taste it. I threw it away. Guess it's time to see how the coffee is...
