Very enjoyable couple of days. We went in the middle of the week in the summer, for Pump House. It was worth the drive and will go back in the winter. Staff were very friendly, and the life guards were definitely paying attention. Beds were comfy and shower was great. Very clean everywhere. (I was able to relax and not worry constantly about catching some illness.) The compound is huge and rock climbing was definitely a huge hit. The only thing is... the food sucks. Went to Foundry for breakfast and I swear, I haven’t had canned corn beef hash for years. Dinner at Foundry was equally disappointing. I thought other reviewers were being snobby. No, just be prepared... it’s bad. But in a kids museum or theme park way I guess. Pizza was good but I mean, it’s pizza. I was so hungry, however, I did finish all my food. Read moreThink seriously if you enrol anything there, the hotline lady who handled cancellation is 100% rude, shouted at me when I requested to cancel part of the items I enrolled as I mistakenly enrolled double, ended the call suddenly in a blunt way, and never follow up my cancellation. She said that I will receive an email on cancellation but I didn't.
I doubt if the cancellation policy is really valid and someone called for cancellation would be handled in...
