This place is dynamite! You must try the food! It is perfect! The ramen was out of this world in flavor, heartiness, presentation and price. The bowl in which the soup is served is huge! The food was rich and colorful and the spice level was mild , I guess you can request/order more intensity in the spice level. The egg, the green leafy vegetables, the pork slices and the soup’s consistency- all incredibly delicious! The service was quick and the ambiance outside was lovely, bright sun beautiful music wafting in the air. This is a must try at Jay Peak! The two best restaurants are Miso Hungry and Alice’s Table— hands down! Mark my words.

I had spicy miso and shoyu. The broth was unspecified, but it's probably chicken. My main complaint is that the noodles didn't taste very good with the shoyu soup, although they were delicious with the miso soup. Neither had very strong flavors, but I think that is actually a good thing as it is balanced. Presentation and utensils were awful, but they don't really have a choice. The restaurant being in an old lift is cool, but very inconvenient if you don't want your ramen to get cold Also, I don't think it's that overpriced. It's $19 with tax. Considering the only other things you could get here are a pizza or a burger, it's worth it.

Pretty good but not real Japanese cuisine. Kids ramen had no meat or egg in it. It was $9 and not even half the container was full, the miso ramen was $17. Not much noodles in either. The broth was good. Probably wouldn't buy here again. They did have a seating area near a fire pit which was nice. I can see the thrill of skiing up to it, but if you're just walking up to it from the water park, nothing special.

TRUTH!!!! I do not ski! But I am about 20 minutes from Jay Peake - at Eden ETHICAL Dog Sledding with the international , race champions - the wonderful, joyful UN-Chained Gang of Alaskan huskies and I come to Jay for their wonderful skating arena. While there - I discovered Miso Hungry - and truly - - WOW!!!

This is a food truck - but beyond what one would expect for any food truck - let alone on a ski mountain. The young couple who owns this saved their pennies and did the work themselves to open their dream - a phenomenal Miso noodle restaurant.

They make their food properly Japanese themselves - the spicey raman is divine - as are the eggs that take them five hours to make and the pulled pork. People rave about how good their food is - you can feel the love they have put into it.

If you have more than six people to descend upon the trailer - do call ahead so they are prepared!

If you like real Japanese Raman - - you will love this! Of course - you do have to wear weather appropriate clothing as this is a food trailer - and you eat outdoors! For raman lovers - the Northern Vermont mountain scenery - make it a combo that...

My first trip to Jay Peak. Everyone kept telling us we have to try Miso Hungry. The skiing was amazing and so was the Miso!! Had the pleasure of meeting Jordan (The owner), and taking a ride on the chairlift with him. As we talked, I could sense his passion for family, food, and skiing (probably in that order!). An amazing young man who’s passion for his craft is evident by the culinary delights that he creates, and the amazing staff that takes as much pride in his endeavor as he does. Anyone who takes the journey, to Jay Peak must partake in the excellence of Miso Hungry. ...And even if you’re not a skier, if you’re in the vicinity, the exodus to Miso Hungry is well...
