Went in yesterday. Not a person in the store, which is fine. Walked in. Young man sitting at register on his phone, walked around looking for a used glove. Saw other employee, not a word out of her either. Spent about 10 min. In the store. Not once did either employee ask me if we needed any help. We left, without spending any money, and will not go back. Terrible customer service. As a small business owner myself, if my employees didn't speak or even acknowledge we were in the store, they wouldn't be working for me very long. Very sad! Was very hopeful when I pulled up. So I came into the store before they opened. That’s my bad. I get it. I thought they opened at 10. Once again my bad, but the doors were unlocked. I was met with annoyance. I said “I should have looked.” Owner said “Ya the would help” In a very condescending tone.
I’ve been in his position before. People in before you’re. I would politely tell them no ready yet.
Last time I was in he was very “cold” “blunt” and frankly rude.
Every other employee I’ve dealt with there is top notch!
