Jimmys Pizza Express — Restaurant in Kissimmee

The name of the restaurant on the outside of the building is actually Patroni's Wood Fire Pizza, which is where we were intending to go. But inside it's nowhere to be found. Instead, we walked into a mini food court. Which is ok, I guess. The restaurant is actually called Jimmy's Express Pizza. There was nothing "express" about it. From the wait in line to place the order, to the wait for our food to be ready. It was over 45 minutes. What we ordered: mozzarella sticks - overcooked to the point that I was tapping them on the table loudly Lasagna - just straight up nasty and parts were overcooked so you couldn't slice or chew through it Grilled chicken meal - two thin slices of overcooked chicken covered in salt, "like licking a salt block" Fries - were cold Pricing: way over price for the garbage...

This experience was somewhat of a letdown as I thought it would have good pasta and pizza as well. While customer service was nice, the pasta was watery and the meatballs tasted as if they came from a microwave meal. The tomato sauce on the spaghetti was separate from the liquid which proved to basically be tomato flavored water. We were so pleasantly surprised with this place. We needed to buy some crocs, but didn't want to go to the Orlando Outlets due to the heavy crowds. Came to the Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores and ended up eating lunch at Jimmy's Pizza Express. We ordered the Picana Lunch Special. Not only was it an amazing meal, but and incredible price.
