My family and I went into this store Friday evening on 11/12/21. When we went in we were initially greeted by 3 young women that made our visit so nice. They all went above and beyond to help my kids and it was actually a fun experience. I ended up purchasing 3 pairs of crocs for my kids. We went to a few other shops at the outlets then my wife realized we did not use our $10 off coupon for the crocs. I figured it wouldnt be a problem so I went back in and there were two different employees working. I explained my situation to the young man at the counter and he said he didn't have a button on his computer to refund the money (which I totally understand). He called over somebody else to ask them if they knew of a way to do it and that person just shook their head "NO". At that point I asked if I could return the items then re-purchase with the coupon and at that point I was told, NO! I couldn't imagine why. So I looked at (what I thought was the manager that was called over) and asked "So, what your telling me is, If I return these items you WILL NOT let me purchase anything else in the store?" and he replied that is correct.. Seems like a very odd answer and no customer service. I will say, the other gentlemen did say I could go to another CROC store and return them. So, I don't know, I guess I was basically banned from doing business at that store if I returned those items and then attempted to use a coupon. We just left. Poor customer service on those guys but the ladies...
Read morevery heavy tourist area so I'm sure this is why they thought they could pull it with me but fortunately for me I'm a floridan. crocs were 15% if u signed up for there texting program and spent more than 55$. when she scanned my crocs which were priced at 64.99 originally, she stated I could text code for % off and get free croc shine with too. even explained how to apply it. after scanning it and discounting it came to 64.99 still.. she said "oh it only takes taxes off." (but in reality she was ringing up the crocs AND "free croc shine" and taking 15% off that.) AFTER SAYING shine WAS FREE. after questioning the price she took the croc shine out of the bag..without my knowledge (noticed while walking out) after saying it was free and changing the price to 58 and some change.. 15% off of 64.99.... she tried charging me for the croc shine that I never asked for and only taking off 15% from THAT new total. she tried to scam me. after questioning her she realized I knew and got very defensive. please always question . don't just pay if you know something is off, even when the customer...
Read moreWhen we walked into the crocs store, we were ignored, but didn’t really notice until every other customer that walked in was warmly greeted. We brushed it off, but we were the only ones that went unacknowledged and weren’t offered any sort of help/service and ultimately were the only ones out of all of the customers in the store that bought any items. We’re unsure of why we were treated this way, but we felt that it was totally unacceptable since everyone who walked into the store was treated like an actual guest. If you’re going to be rude, at least be rude to everyone .. it was strange behavior and if you’re looking for crocs, perhaps take your business to the nearest store where the customer service is equal for everyone that walks...
