Deeded land with heavily wooded campground like feeling. Great place for people that want to own a tiny home for vacation. Great location for beach access via Fogarty Creek State Park and Lincoln Beach. Easy drive South to Depoe Bay and Newport and North to Glen Eden Beach, Taft, & Lincoln City.

Love that you own the land that your place is on. Great setting above the tsunami zone. Love living in the woods, and it is only a 10 minute walk to the southern tip of Lincoln Beach. Great park caretakers, and like that, we are our own...
