Complaints:||The wifi barely works (when it does decide to connect), The heater doesn't work (but the cold does), The shower curtain has mold on it (which made me have flu-like symptoms after hot showers), There were a total of 2 cockroaches (after killing both, no more showed up), When you run out of toilet paper or your towels/rags need replacing you have to tell them (they don't voluntarily help you (bedding stuff doesn't get washed while you're there either and appears dirty even when you first get there), and our tv didn't have a remote (we only had the one for cable so we had to use the buttons on the side of the tv for power and volume). You will need to get your own food every day, because they do not provide any. You can't do your laundry here, there is a place nearby where you can do it. The walls are kinda thin, so expect to possibly be annoyed by loud neighbors and/or their tv (but you can just report them).||||[this was room 16 - not all rooms may have the same problems]||||||||Positive:||Well, seeing as how me and my partner were dealing with homelessness, all of the complaints we had didn't matter, because overall, this was an excellent place to stay as opposed to the cold filthy streets. Definately consider this place. We felt that you do get a great deal for the low price. Also, if you use EBT like me, you'll like that there are places just right across the street that accepts it. And if you need to travel but don't have a car, there are bus stops nearby.||We had a mini fridge, a/c unit, nice sized hd tv, cable, microwave, cabinets, table and drawers.||Pretty much everything you...
Read moreI'm currently staying at Leo's motel and I must say that 260 dollars for a week stay is very very affordable. I have never been able to find another hotel that charge less than 350 dollars for a week of pure hell in a roach infested drug infested crack house. all the rooms and the outside of the building have been newly remodeled so even the standard room that I am staying in now is a bit small but still pretty nice. I have been staying here for just under a month as I am in between places to live. the only complaint I do have is that I have been on a waiting list for a kitchenette room this whole time which I understand are only 275 dollars/week. I ask the staff on a daily basis did 1 of the kitchenette rooms open up and they tell me everyday that everything is full. now unless it's just a coincidence that since I've been here nobody has left, I am starting to get a little irritated with the fact that I cannot seem to get into a kitchenette room, and have already paid these people just over 1000 dollars, and I do plan on staying here for a couple weeks more. but all in all very quiet, cheap, and convenient sleepy little motel. would recommend to anyone looking for a nice cheap place to stay. just do not ask for a kitchenette; cuz they are...
Read moreVery simple, no BS, cheap, motel rooms. Rooms are small, but they are cozy. Beds are big. Usually everything works in the rooms ex. Fridge, microwave, air conditioner, television, shower etc. If an appliance doesn't work they will usually let you know before you rent the room. Rooms are not detailed and cleaned with toothbrush so you can expect some dust here and there but nothing extreme. Never had problems with bugs here but I also use my own blankets & bring my own cleaning product to sanitize the room for my stay so not sure if anyone else has had problems with bugs. Prices are cheapest you'll find in the area. Staff is alright, be courteous to them they wil be courteous to you, if you don't give them suspicion or create any chaos they leave you alone. Check out is strictly 11 am. Overall the rooms are what they are you get what you pay for, you can make your stay better by cleaning your own room a bit and by having a good attitude! Lol but price is the best you're going to find within a 20 mile radius or so. Everything else you can expect to pay 70-75++ except for this one and one or two others...
