Economy Inn Lonoke — Hotel in Lonoke

ABSOLUTE FILTH 💯!!! I walk in the room and first thing I smell is urine but I first Heather pull in and the room next to me have drug addicts and about 14 people in it so I am like I am checking around. I look around and pull the sheets back and was modified by what I saw. It was DISGUSTING! Sheets/blankets were stained like you wouldn't believe the bed smelled like urine brown stains. I did however think the gentleman working was very polite attempted to switch my room but again FILTH and so I very upset demand my money be put back on my card and said sorry I couldn't stay there. So if traveling DON'T WASTE YOUR $$$ I wish I read the reviews on place first!and if had options they wouldn't even get a full1 star that's how NASTY IT WAS!(the 2 stars was because the gentleman was actually polite even with me being upset)(Going to NY...

This lodge was ok as far as needing a bed and it had one. However, the desk clerk was completely dishonest. He said it was a non-smoking room. I have asthma. It was not a non-smoking room. When I entered the room it immediately made me cough and I had to take a couple of puffs on the inhaler. The room smelled like an ash tray and the attempted efforts to cover that smell up with chemicals made it worse. However, it was a horrible snow storm and we needed the room. Also, the clerk charged me 91 dollars for this nasty room and stated to me, "I'm the cheapest around". However, the very next night in the same area we got a room for 40 dollars. Go figure. The room that we got looked like it had been broken into at some point. The door didn't want to stay closed unless it was locked and it appeared to have been kicked in at some point in the past. The room had an odor to it that we couldn't pinpoint but it didn't smell good. It was sort of clean I guess, not as clean and up to date as were used to. The shower was weird for us...we were taller than the shower head was high and it barely sprayed at all, difficult to take a shower to say the least. The staff was friendly and understanding though. The rates are extremely lower than all the other hotels around it though so all in all I think we got an alright deal. It's quiet at night and easy to sleep here. Although, when we went outside, we were bombarded by a million grasshoppers and other bugs. We would possibly stay here...
